Gunshots?

Don't get me wrong, I love this game, but one thing that annoys the hell out of me is the gunshot wounds, almost every character who is not shot in the head but somewhere else just shakes it off ,kenny was shot in s1 e2 but survived because of his then God-like stache, (now beard), Lee can be shot in his fight with the stranger but if he does then he completely ignores it, Bonnie was shot in 400 days and just grabs her shoulder and nothing else, and carver (depending on your choices) can be shot in the shoulder, cheek, and 2 times in the leg and STILL IS NOT DEAD, again everything dosnt need to be realistic but at least make it somewhat believable, I may be criticizing too much but most importantly what do you guys think?

  • They were all just lucky to not be shot in a fatal area.
  • Well to be realistic there are only a few places on the body where you would not hit a bone, vein or organ , and those few places are pretty small

  • Gunshots in real life are not like gunshots in the movies... with the exception of a relatively small list of anatomical areas, people don't generally grab themselves, keel over, and instantaneously bleed out, particularly if the bullet was small caliber, and not hollow point or something like that.

Still, Kenny must have gotten really lucky back at the dairy. He took a point blank shot to the abdomen, courtesy of Andy. It would be excusable if the bullet was a .22 or something, but it was a full sized hunting rifle that probably uses a .308 cartridge. Either it just barely grazed him, or Kenny is an alien who can survive without major internal organs.
