Is Wellington even in the cards any more?

This was the first episode of season 2 where Wellington wasn't so much as mentioned. Does this mean Telltale has abandoned that particular subplot? I just don't see how Clem and the others are going to make the trek all the way from Virginia to Michigan in the space of one episode, unless Telltale uses another time-skip...and it's safe to say most of the fans have gotten sick of those.

Probably. There wasn't much reason to bring it up with the dire situation they were in.

Kenny seemed rather set on getting there, and we all know how insistent he was the last time he was, well, 'set' on something.
  • I always thought of Wellington as another pipe dream. They mentioned it maybe twice so far in the story, kinda how people talk about Alantis.
  • Well, Wellington is seen in the episode 5 banner.

Maybe if they can escape from the herd without dying, regroup, rest and Sarita doesn't bleed out they'll try to go there eventually. Still with everything that's happened and Rebecca probably having the baby next episode I think they'll wait a bit. Although like TDMshadowCP said the 5th episode slide is a snowy city, most likely Wellington.
  • They're going to "Parker's Run" which is a few miles north from carver's camp. I assume they'll bring up the idea of keeping going north for Wellington.
  • Let's travel all the way to Michigan to hope it helps against the zombies. I live in Ohio, and the winters here are terrible. People freeze to death. I hope they don't go there, it will be Savannah all over again. If it was me i would just go back to either the Cabin or the Ski Lodge.

  • But guys. Didn't Tavia say when she found the 400 Days crew that the camp was close to Gil's pitstop that is in Georgia? Or did TellTale fucked up?
  • OMG HIGH FIVE I'M IN OHIO TOO WOOOOO

  • Anywhere can be a pipe dream.
Besides, judging from episode, even a camp as big as Carver's falls down to a herd passing by......anywhere won't be safe. Going to colder places would save the trouble of killing walkers. Wellington may be a ghost town, but at least guaranteed no walkers would roam in it.
