"She's going to get someone killed!" Who was **** talking about?

In the preview for AMID THE RUINS, Jane can be seen kneeling with Clementine somewhere in the forest and muttering, "she's going to get someone killed."

But who is Jane referring to? Sarah's the most obvious possibility, but could it be Sarita? Perhaps there's still a chance Sarita could pull through at the beginning of the episode, but her injury (whether it's a missing arm or a bitten hand) slows down her progress, much to Jane's irritation, being the cutthroat survivalist she is.

    I think it's Sarah, it fits well with the fact they show Clem picking up her glasses.

    I think it might be Rebecca with her pregnancy. Most likely sarah, however.

    Maybe Rebecca is giving birth in this episode and is screaming due to the pain.

    I thought she was talking about Sarah. But it's possible it could be any of the female characters, even the unborn baby. They've all got reasons for being a liability; Rebecca's going into labor soon, the baby is, well, a baby, and Sarita has the issue with her arm.
