So, what he did really, was save the group as well, not just Clem. Carver would have just killed Luke right there, and then the others one by one if no one said anything about the walkie-talkie. I don't see it as giving up or snitching, he took the blame to protect the others. When I was playing I was going to take the blame as well, I didn't expect Kenny to take it for me and that's when I had more respect for him.
If you stay quiet, as I did the first time, he snatches the radio out of your pocket and takes the fall, giving it to Carver just like I ass… moreume he always does and getting his eye beaten out. Things probably would have gone pretty badly for Clem had he not done that, given how savagely Carver beat Kenny.
I've always liked Kenny , even though he has had his moments with getting all upset if you didn't agree with him. After this episode though, I love him. I think he has "adopted" Clem and he's shown he would do anything to protect her.
Lol, yes he can be hard headed at times, but he does care for Clem and the group. When he took the beating it just proved it. I have a strange feeling he might not make it though, I hope I'm wrong though. If he does die, I hope he goes out like a bad-ass protecting everyone.

Kenny definitely moved up the favorite character scale for me after this episode. He was still being a reckless, illogical blowhard in the f… moreirst half but once they had a plan going, he stepped it up. After he took the fall for Clem with the walkie-talkie, he fully earned my loyalty.

I replayed EP3 and I heard Reggie say that Mike helped him with his arm, and that he wrapped it with something. Maybe he will be able to help Sarita out?
I think if it was anyone else who cut her arm off, they would be in SOOOO much trouble. The only thing is that Clem did it, and I don't think Kenny would do anything to Clem. Though... you never know. :s
Kenny was awesome in this episode, I was with him 100% When I first played through I was getting so pumped in the scene when everyone is tied up in the truck. And Kenny was like: I'm goin' to punch the first S.O.B I see and take his gun, then shoot the next S.O.B I see; I was ready to fight right with him. But then the truck came to a hard stop and he smacked into the wall. I was like -_- then I burst out laughing.
Why do you do this? You say stuff like this and moan when we retaliate. You're just butt-hurt that Kenny is more important to the game franchise than Lilly is or ever will be. Sorry pal.

I'm actually somewhat surprised that Kenny's actions have been so well received. I kind of thought more people would have an issue with the brutality part of it.
As bad as it was though, Carver deserved it. Kenny simply gave back what he received.. except took it a step further (which needed to be done so Carver could never hurt anyone else again).
Some people seem to have an issue with it, but then again. Kenny says that they don't need to see what's about to happen, and you can choose to walk away. Once he picked up that crowbar it should have been obvious that it was going to get brutal.
