    Maybe its the baby? Alvin said he had a hunch it was going to be a girl.. and Jane says "she" maybe the baby cant stop crying and is attracting Walkers.

    Either refering to Sarah being a "heavy Burden" like the achievement (we may see Sarah looking at the flowers) or it could also be referring to Rebecca in Labour? who knows

    I don't think they would spoil the babies gender on the preview, i think they are talking about Sarah.

    But they wouldn't be spoiling it, we have no confirmation it's the baby she's referring to. Could be the baby, could be Sarah, could be anyone really.

    Probably Sarah, because right before that line, Clementine finds her glasses. I know it's two different scenes, I just think they did that on purpose.

    When I first heard the line I assumed it was Sarah they were talking about, so yeah, I think we will find her.

    Yep, there is an achievement called "A Heavy Burden-
    Returned to the meeting place" and has sarah pic in it ,sarah doesn't know where to go the only place she know is the house-cuz her dad locked her up in it

    Well, what if it wasn't any of the main characters? Like in Episode 3 in Season 1. Beatrice. The woman that came running out of no where attracting walkers when Lee and Kenny went on a run. So, could be a different person.
