Me being openly Bi, and you are saying I have a problem with gays? Smart.
This thread is simply to speculate. Where you got the assumption that I am targeting him and gays in an ill manner is beyond me.
Whatever floats their boats I guess. He doesn't seem the gay type but that's just stereotypes, I'm bi and I'm a manly man. I think Luke and … moreNick would make a cute couple but I don't do ships because that shit just causes flame wars and all sorts of sheeeyt
Lerry best ship LarryxLee <3 o3o
I've always thought Nick at least has a crush on Luke, when he said "you coming to tuck me in?" in ep 2 in that flirty voice that was all the confirmation I needed. Luke on the other hand seems like the person who doesn't get involved with anyone, he moves on quick. Hopefully after Walter and Matthew's quick departure from the series we can have another lgbt character(s).
Exactly. And I think making Nick gay would be their best choice, because he's a big character, they had a ton of stuff that totally works in favor of it, and none of the homophobes can complain about it being "forced" on them because he's a determinant character.

This may be the worse thread on the forums. This or "Clementines Boyfriend" . . . I am honestly so confused as to who clicks on this thread and says "Wow this was so insightful, I'm giving it a thumb up."
On top of that there was literally no one solid point bought up. You can't just say stereotypical feminine qualities and call a guy gay lol . . . i mean c'mon people
You know, the thought hasn't crossed my mind. But I wonder if he likes to wear women's underwear or has a foot fetish. That's what I'm dying to find
out. He just has that look in his eyes.
If he'd come out and say it I wouldn't hold it against him. Lots of people have unusual sexual habits. Why not him?
... What stereotypical feminine qualities were brought up here...?
Edit: Oh, I just saw that. Err... can't say I'm comfortable with that point myself, actually. I'd rather we not rely on stereotypes to prove Nick's sexuality.

I don't think Nick is gay, and I think a lot of people are just reading this wrong. Nick has known Luke for 20 years right? They're childhood friends, BFFS. Nick definitely admires Luke, but him saying "you coming to tuck me in" is just him joking and messing around with his friend. Remember, Nick has no one left from pre-apocalypse after Luke had disappeared, so of course he'd be worried/talking about him, I would too. They've probably done almost everything together, it's like Older Brother/Younger Brother, and as a younger brother I understand completely, I've been in situations where I don't know if my older brother is okay and I'm worried about him, I don't even realise I'm talking about him so much e.g. what Nick is doing. I think everyone just over-analyses things, like someone will say I'm dependant on my brother, I'm not in the slightest, I spent my entire childhood/teenage-hood/part of my Adulthood with him, similar to Nick.
Also, those disliking because we don't think Nick is gay... :P

"Despite him acting tough, a soft, sensitive side will come out, but he will also act like a very angry woman"
"Nick is quick to defend himself in a very, very, weird way, in the same matter that closeted homosexuals do."
I mean either the poster must be an expert on homosexuality or is just generalizing about homosexuals. I mean I literally did not get the SLIGHTEST hint of him being gay. And I mean like the thought never once crossed my mind remotely.

I really don't think it is a purposeful stab at homosexuality, why would they make Walter one of the most likeable characters in the game if they hate homosexuals?
I'm not saying that you're implying TTG are homophobes but that was the feeling I got from your post.
"5. You have to admit: Despite him acting tough, a soft, sensitive side will come out, but he will also act like a very angry woman, which, is very common is some of the more "Feminine" gays. Perhaps this is also how his relationship with Rebecca is so good, is because they can relate together as they have similar "Bitch Fits" (Wrong term, I know, but you get it)."
Err cameroncr95 this isn't really a very good point. Let's please not rely on stereotypes because it's kind of offensive. I agree that Nick has a sensitive side but it has no bearing on whether or not he's gay.
Shel and Stef seemed lesbian. Becca was tomboyish. Becca being tomboyish doesn't mean anything, but it could signal her as lesbo.
Wyatt and Eddie seem "Close" and Eddie talks about his dick.
Nate said he would give Russell a ride if Russell could take care of his "Needs". He was joking, but Russell didn't really react badly to that.
Bonnie is the exception here. She liked Leland.
In season 2, its obvious Nick is gay, and its confirmed that Walter and Matthew are gay.
Now I see the connection, lol.

I just saw the first thing and yeah I don't agree with it, I'm a little bothered that OP put that.
But honestly, being overly defensive at the implication you might be gay does kind of lean towards closeted behavior. Being overly defensive about anything typically means you're hiding something. It's not so much "knowing gay behavior" as it is "knowing human behavior."

I doubt he is gay. Nick dresses like me, laid back jeans/t-shirt kinda guy. I know a guy at work whose homosexual, we are good work friends. Very nice guy. He tells me the truth, which is I dress like shit.

Point just was if his gay, so what, need to speculate?
And sorry, i didn't want to offend you or anyone anyway.
Or Kenny and Larry.

But take my like. Sorry again for being a dick.
