We have seen weapons like:
1. Bats 2. Pistols 3. Axes 4. Snipers 5. Shotguns
6. Rifles

so what's next? Gatling Gun? RPG?

    Lee pretty much had a sniper rifle in episode 3 when you could choose to shoot that girl or not. That thing had quite a remarkable zoom and thus would qualify as a sniper rifle to me. Aside from that, there is Andrea/Dale in the comics/TV show, who used sniper rifles before.

    We won't see gatling guns, at least nothing you can carry around. They're pretty loud, so they won't actually feature in use in situations other than when the zombies already know where the survivors are. I'm still waiting for tempered steel kitchen knives to make a debut.

    In any case, the games aren't about killing zombies. You do get to kill them though. After all, what's the point of creating a monster that can die and then giving it impenetrable plot armor? But asking "what guns are next" is the wrong question for these games. Besides, bigger, better, and out-of-the-box guns don't make the game, no matter what people tell you on the game panels at E3.
