What if the one we choose to save dies instead of the other one?

I thought it would be so shocking and interesting cause we will have to face the other one we didn't help first. What do you think?

    No. For example we have to choose between Carley and Doug. We run to save Carley but she dies before we get to her and Doug manages to survive on his own.

    That would be cool but I think it would just annoy people

    I've thought about it a couple of times. A situation I came up with was Carver (or someone else) forcing Clem to choose which hostage to execute, and then killing the other.
