Iphone app. In game purchase.

I bought season 2 as an app for my iphone yesterday.. But i can't buy the following episodes. I know this might not be an app problem, but i've been searching quite a bit for a solution, and i'm now going to post here as well..

Is there anyone else who have had this problem?

All i'm getting is: Your purchase could not be completed, contact support (which i did, waiting for response).

I checked my Card information and such, everything is in order, and there was no problem paying the 6 dollars for the first episode. (Bought directly from store) but know that i am trying to do in game purchase, i just get nothing..

Any suggestions? :)

  • I had this problem once. I called apple and there was something wrong with my account so they fixed it and it worked. You should try calling them and if they can't do anything for you contact Telltale.

    Also, if you're connected to Wifi change it and turn your phone off for five minutes. When you turn it on, don't connect to Wifi and try buying the episodes then.
