What's with all the Season 2 hate?
I've noticed on these forums that a lot of people have been hating on season 2. I mean I'm not gonna act like I don't have my issues with season 2: like the length of the episodes and the fact that they killed off Carver too early, but I'm still satisfied with these episodes. A lot of people have been complaining about some the unexplained plot points. Well the season isn't over yet, so there's a huge possibility that those could be explained in the final two episodes. I'm a huge Telltale fan and I know they won't let us down. Is is as good as the first season? No, not by a long shot. But it's still very compelling. Yes, it has its issues but what game doesn't.

I see all the fans complaining about this Season's quality bringing up how good last season was. Have they forgotten Season 1 got criticized as well ? "Our choices don't matter". "Everyone dies". "You have to stay with Kenny even if you want to leave with Lilly".
There's always gonna be something people don't like and that's when the storm hits. I'm enjoying it too though Telltale could sure improve on some things.
But it does have issues. I still love it. But it has issues, and this is what I feared during the wait for Season Two.
I feel like this plotline should have been saved for 'Season Three' or something it feels like there's too large a gap between Season One and Two.
I mean it just begins with us with Christa and Omid and us as the players are left to just assume the two shadows Clementine saw on the outskirts of Savannah were them.
But to be fair I could see why it has such a large gap as the original writers have left and now the new writers have to somewhat re-create Clementine and old characters (mostly by getting rid of them like Christa and Omid or making them go through an unseen "change" like with Kenny) in order to make sure they don't ruin Season One by making the characters too..."out of character" (which Nick Breckon has already done once).
Either way, it shouldn't bother you. You're assuming that the people raising their issues are doing so because they don't enjoy Season 2, but the two things aren't one and the same. Acknowledging the flaws of something that you enjoy is perfectly normal.
You are entitled to you opinion but if you say something like "people insisted so badly on making it happen that they've just went with it" there is a good chance people are gonna call you out for it.
and thanks for the downvotes in advance
Anyway, have a good day :)
Yeah, good day to you too
Episode 3 is one of my favorite in the series but that doesn't mean there aren't overarching problems this season that the last two episodes could deal with.
