Carver's gun
When Kenny shot Carver's kneecaps and picked up the crowbar, he asked everyone to wait outside. The only people in there was Kenny with a crowbar, Rebecca unarmed, and Clem who was also unarmed (Determinant). Remember after Kenny bashes Carver's face in, Rebecca takes Carver's gun from his holster? Why didn't Carver take his gun out of his holster and shoot Kenny before he caved his face in with a crowbar? No one was pointing a gun at him so no one could shoot him before he draws it out. Was this an overlook on the writer's part?

And lets say he would have, he's a crippled old man, he's done, waste of resources and just an burden.
You would think that he would have liked to avoid such a gruesome death that he had.
And bullet or crowbar? More like going with a huge villainish way and stand his ground or get shot without his nice speech.
Storywise, speech is more powerful.
