    Yeah, but here's the thing. A MOD is a downloadable piece that you can just put in there to alter things. Where as what boatmaster dragged the action packets from a different game, or a different action that's used for Clementine, and put it where the default action was.

    It's still a mod. Just because it's not up for download doesn't mean it's not a mod. A mod is a modification to the game, which is exactly what boatmaster has made.

    Mods don't need to have user-made content to be mods. Mods are literally just modifications of the original game to make it behave or operate in a manner different than the original version.
    Does Clem smile like this in the original version? No. Ergo, a mod.
