What happens if...

Okay, so when you walk past the Comic Book store, Luke grabs and you need to continuously push a button, the button depends on your console. What happens if you don't do that? Would someone be kind enough to link a video, or play it and record it? Thanks. c:

    I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the whole plot of episode 3 changes if you don't press anything.

    I mean...the scene probably plays out normally. Wouldn't be the first time there's been a button mashing sequence that's completely pointless.

    If I was near my PC I'd just reload the chapter and see.

    This person is correct. Clementine screams "No! Stop!" and it's kind of heartbreaking actually hearing how scared she is. But I saw a playthrough where the person recognized Luke and didn't try to fight back so yeah, Clementine doesn't bite him is all.

    The scene is the same as if you mashed the Q button, the dialogue is just different :D

    Lol I knew it was Luke too when it told you to push the button but I knew Clem didn't know so I pushed the button for that reason. (Wouldn't have otherwise)

    He covers her mouth to make sure she keeps quiet while he brings her into the store so she doesn't attract any attention from Carver's guards and gets them both caught. When he gets her in the store, she struggles to get away but he needs to keep her quiet since the door's probably still open (??) (and hence the button smashing). He finally let's go due to her biting his hand or him telling her it's him after she tells him to stop.

    Just trying to clarify the situation :P

    I know the question has already been answered but it would be funny if it went like this.

    Luke grabs clem.

    Luke: shhhhh shhh shh just go to sleep

    Clem: O_O O_o o_o -_-

    Luke: umm clem

    Clem: .....

    Luke: Oh crap..... Well this is awkward.

    Clem: cough cough

    Luke: oh thank God! You're alive

    Clem: What the heck Luke!?

    Then proceed to hit him like I did lol
