Who else think she's gonna end up like Rick's wife? I forgot her name, all I remember was that she was a bitch.

    If you remember in the trailer for episode 4 , when walkers are attacking, Rebecca says ''no not now!'' which means she probaly is about to have her baby. thats probally when it will happen.

    She might not nessecerily? neccesarily (I'm tired v.v can't spell.) Get bit, I think it's going to be a emergency c-section. And Clementine (or Bonnie, if you bail.) Will be the one to "Cause" her death.
