Nope, the baby needs milk, and if they didn't do it that way they would have to go out and look for formula which isn't really an option in there current state
If what Luke said about there being "nothing out there" is true then Rebecca is going to be even more vital to the baby's survival. So it depends on what they plan to do with that storyline or if they have more to explore regarding her background. They might use her and Luke to elaborate on what happened with the community for example. Which would work at giving both the fleshing out they need.
I think it's very likely that if Rebecca dies, the baby's welfare is going to fall upon Clementine.
Because I don't see Jane giving two hoots about a baby, nor do I see Bonnie or Sarita making it out alive either. That leaves Clementine as the only female guardian left -- remember, Alvin wanted Clementine to take care of his girls.
I have a feeling she may not exist after she delivers the baby. It would be nice if we were pleasantly surprised, but a natural birth without complications is probably the only scenario that isn't a death sentence.
That would further complicate things, because almost everyone else in the group is likely injured, malnourished, exhausted or missing. Certainly in no shape to go scavenging.
Rebecca will be bitten before she gives birth, then her baby will be born looking half walker / half human
.Her baby will look like Two-face from Batman
