Telltale Appreciation Thread

I know, I know, Appreciation Threads aren't really aloud, but hear me out... we need to take a moment and appreciate telltale for once. Yeah, we argue over release dates that they don't always get correct, but they made the game to begin with. This forum wouldn't be here without them ^-^

Side note: Yes, telltale has fucked up a few times, but don't forget all of the things they've done right.

    Are the release dates the only thing they get wrong? No criticisms for plot holes, shorter episodes, lack of gameplay?

    They have a great story, great characters, good dialogue, but the increasing critcisms are deserved.

    The only problem I see are the release dates. Other than that everything is pretty ok. I might just be blind, but I just don't have too many issues except for their teasing of new episodes x|

    Thank you Telltale for proving even the ''Based On...'' works could surpass the original ones and thank you for teaching me; only the story what makes games so valuable and unforgettable not the graphics. #AppreciateTelltale #TooManyConsToAppreciate

    Thank you Telltale, for making such a unique and amazing game. It's not perfect, but even with its flaws it remains to be one of the most engaging, heart wrenching games I've ever played.

    Im sure they feel appreciated by the people who continue to buy their games and take the criticism in stride. But it seems like any appreciation post is just an invitation for critics.

    I personally think people criticize too much. Every little thing. I know nothing about putting together a game like this, so Im willing to give them a lot of leeway. They still put out a great product and thats all I expect.

    I must be the only one that couldn't care less about some of the cons listed on here.

    I love every single episode that comes out and they are all made to a very high standard, regardless of episode length or lack of hub areas etc.

    I just can't find any cons worth mentioning that really ruins my gaming experience with these episodes. I really can't.

    That's awesome, seriously. I'm glad that people are loving Episode 3 and Season 2. I'm enjoying it, too, but I still can't quite get over some of the problems I have with them, especially those in Episode 3. But that's just me, and honestly I'm really glad that you and other people don't have any complaints. Makes me feel happy for TTG.

    I've been disappointed by TellTale a few times, but I still love and appreciate them. I just wish they put a little more interest in season 2 of TWD and TWaU before starting on GoT and TFTB.
