They posted a long time ago that they would make sure that customers got to keep the games in the event that the company ever ceased to exist. However, Telltale has been around for 10 years now (they were founded in June 2004) and their games are making more money now than they ever had before. So, like TWD95 said, the chances of Telltale going bust are pretty much zero at this point.

You'll keep the games. But like @Jennjfer said If they keep making these great games like TWD. TWAU, TFTB, and GoT is a potential goldmine for them, I don't see them going anywhere for the next 8-10 years really.
I asked at the time because in order to play the game you had to log in the game in question which meant Telltale's server had to be working to tell the game green light to go.

You'll keep the games. But like @Jennjfer said If they keep making these great games like TWD. TWAU, TFTB, and GoT is a potential goldmine for them, I don't see them going anywhere for the next 8-10 years really.
