    Walkers outnumber humans 5,000 - 1, according to Kirkman, and the survivor count is dwindling every day.

    Even if all of the world's zombies were killed (assuming there are even enough bullets to do that), the disease is still present in all humans. Any time anyone dies, they'll become a zombie unless their brain is destroyed. Anyone born will be infected with the disease. Technically, humanity will always carry the disease, according to the physics of TWD's zombie 'virus'.

    Even if every walker was starved out or killed, the apocalypse would never truly be 'over',

    That's actually one helluva thought. I wonder how many kids actually made it. There can't be that many Clementines out there.

    Hey, you never know. Maybe Alfred the peanut allergy guy made it out, and is a bona-fide badarse as we speak.

    The original OP messaged said "she has no family and no guardian" . When it all gets better everyone will get to start repopulating earth, not at 11 years old though for obvious reasons.

    The apocalypse will never stop, even without walker's. Do you really think everyone will just give up the freedom of no laws? What about bandits, what will happen to them? And all the psychos, you think they'll just magically get better? It would be like Rust only people wouldn't be running around naked with 2" penises.
