When Lee comes back from the sewers in episode 4 of Season 1 and see's Kenny drunk. Ken had some funny lines in that scene.
Lee: "Where'd you get the bottle"?
Kenny: "Fooooooooooound it"
Kenny: "You wanna throw down again like on the train? Because i fight better when im shit faced".
Pretty much anything Troy says when he gets angry. He just seems funny to wind up. For one specific line, it would probably have to be when Carver says "he puts a goddamn ding in my door."
"No! You don't touch that boy, you don't touch anybody. I've got a little girl I'm trying to protect in here too. You want to get violent you old fuck? Well c'mon! You'd better have a plan to kill me though. Because it's ME before anyone else in here!!!"
There must be something about being threatened by old people that really riles Lee up:

Yeah, fortunately this time around you don't just get blasted in the head. Lee snatches the gun from Vernon and there are a few changes throughout your dialogue with Vernon before and after Crawford as a result.
When Lee asks if the group is sick (to find out why they escaped from Crawford) Vernon doesn't answer, leading to Lee stating that his *friend* asked Vernon a question. Interestingly enough, if you try and make your own way back to the mansion after threatening the group, Boyd (the friendly dude from Shel's story in 400 Days) still convinces Vernon to help Lee back through the sewers. The dialogue in the nurse's room with Vernon changes also. After Crawford, Vernon brings up Lee's behavior when asking to take Clementine to the cancer survivors.
