What does an twau early release mean for twd?

I thought they were doing one month was twd, the next month was twau. But both twau and twd are/have released in May... Does this mean we wont have to wait 2 months for twd. And instead we will only have to wait 1 - 1/2 months?

    Yeah, I'll say that's a safe bet. Considering the wait for the last two episodes of S1 was a lot shorter than the rest.

    Yeah it was real, they knew about a museum before episode 3 came out and Mike mentions a museum in episode 3. Plus the achievement list is on the PS4 anyway I think.

    Ok I am just coming on this thread to supply the facts missing. TWAU release means nothing for TWD. The earliest for the episode (and I mean the earliest as in the EARLIEST POSSIBLE) is around mid-late June (20-25). . . that is the EARLIEST.

    I'm still sticking by my June 24th prediction. It puts it at 6 weeks which was the wait period between Episodes 3 and 4 of Season 1 and considering the achievements and new Wolf episode out next week we've got a somewhat likely chance.

    Telltale usually does stuff like this in the past. The first 3 episodes they seem to take forever then out of nowhere they throw it into gear. Next you think you know 4th episode is out and the 5th episode isn't too far behind.

    No no no, I hope they take their time with this episode. I hope they make it long and GOOD. Shit, I'd wait 3 months to get a great, season 1 caliber episode.

    the waits are stupid and boring
    it' s like someone reading you a bed time story and then keeps you waiting and melting with a SUPER DUPER cliffhanger in the middle of the story for 2 months then completes it ! it's bullshit ! besides the point of episodic gaming is to listen to our feedback which they don't ! (longer episodes less waiting more gameplay ... ) so it makes no mofoking sense

    Both the games come from different teams. One release doesn't affect the other. Even if they did finish early they are going to send em straight to episode 5 for TWAU.

    People learn the facts. Stop using o the TWAU affect TWD as "facts", because it doesn't! Both the games are developed by different team. If each team complete their job, then maybe the will send some members to work on the other game or go straight into their future development.
