Same here, that's still the funniest death of the entire series. Even if it is my favourite character dying. It's just the way Dave Fennoy delivered it too. Made it pure priceless.
Brother, I totes agree. I almost died @ that scene. I think the fact that there is this period of hesitation first, then he like screams it, is just hilarious. And the fact it gets you killed oddly makes it more funny. I was crying too with laughter. My favourite scene. Lee sounded like Jules from Pulp Fiction! Lol! Plus Lee isn't or at least mine was not very profain up until that moment. xD
Pretty much anything Troy says when he gets angry. He just seems funny to wind up. For one specific line, it would probably have to be when Carver says "he puts a goddamn ding in my door."

And my favourite that i always choose, when the stranger is giving his sad story about what happened to his family and you can have Lee say "You fucked up".

I chose that on my original game because I didn't think an eight year old should get a vote on something of that magnitude. I didn't expect Lee to basically growl "no", at her in the meanest way possible lol. The game was telling me I was making the wrong choice, but I would never change that decision because I don't think little kids should have a vote when it comes to such serious life and death situations that they can't even fully comprehend yet. I do wish Lee would have been more gentle with her when telling her no though.
There are no wrong choices. But if you were trying to be poop out rainbows Lee then yes you made the wrong choice. The kindest way to tell her no is the "....." option if I remember right. Plus Lee would "meanly" tell her no in that situation seeing as walkers were trying to break down the door, Kenny and Ben were arguing, everybody else was trying figure out whats going on, and Brie was being a Brie.
