I would be heart broken if they would kill Clementine like they did to Lee. I want her to live life to the fullest. Meet an amazing guy when… more she's older have children and grandchildren and I want her to die peacefully in her sleep. Something non-violent and just plain peaceful.
I think we already know what will happen to Clem, at least in this season. Carver told us himself "they are here to follow, not to lead. So it falls to people like us to guide the flock to safety" "choosing one person over the group, is the kind of choice a weaker person couldn't make"
Oh, the determinate characters in Nate's story end up being dead if you shot there foot off. You see them on Russels story when Nate drives off and before it goes into the Gil's Pitstop scene. You can see it on the wiki.
NAH! if she were to die, people would be sad, and if people were to be sad, depression sets in. and when depression setts in, people go crazy. and when people go crazy, they like to blow things up. and when crazy people like to blow things up, they blow up the world.
No, that's not what I meant, if you pick Justin, he dies with his foot shot off and you go with Danny who Russell says got himself killed at some point, during the final scene in 400 days. But if you pick Danny, and he gets his foot shot off while you leave with Justin, Vince will say that Justin left to go off on his own to find a community, and isn't confirmed dead. He is the only determinate character, apart from nick who currently has an option where he lives at the end. Not only that but we may even see him again considering he was heading to a community (like, I don't know Wellington maybe?)

If you thought the "I thought you were dead" hype was bad, just imagine not knowing if Clem will show up in the game or not.
