  • Less depressing you say? I beg to differ. I believe the game will end on a black screen reading

    YOU'RE DEAD.
    YOUR FRIENDS ARE DEAD.
    YOUR FAMILY IS DEAD.
YOUR WHOLE GROUP IS DONE FOR.
    KENNY IS BEING SHAVED ALIVE.
EVERYONE IS NOW A ROTTING CORPSE
    YOU SUCKED IN LIFE.
    YOU SUCK IN DEATH.
I HOPE YOUR FEW FRIENDS WHO ARE STILL ALIVE ARE LAUGHING AS MUCH AS I AM

    CONGRATULATIONS

    THANKS FOR PLAYING IDIOT
  • This made my night.

Less depressing you say? I beg to differ. I believe the game will end on a black screen reading YOU'RE DEAD. YOUR FRIENDS ARE DEAD.

  • Clem will admit she's the girl on the can of peaches and choose to live as a hunter/survivor
  • Everyone takes each others' hands in theirs and start singing "Happy" by Pharrell Williams.

Clem: "Clap along if you feel like a house without a roof!"

    Everyone: "Because we're happppppyyy!!"

This is how Season 2 ends. I just know it.
  • OOOOO, OOOOOOH, I KNOW.
    EVERYONE LIVES.
    ...Dammit.... God Dammit...
  • When the group finally reached Wellington, the screen changes to Clem. She was smiling, but it was soon changed to a shocked face.

Then the screen fades to black.
  • That sounds exactly like something TellTale would pull.

  • The denouement will involve a tearful decision regarding Rebecca's baby or Sarah's fate, then ends on a cliffhanger by another character suddenly turning into a walker and attacking Clementine.
  • They get to Wellington and it looks great, big strong walls no walkers in sight, so they go in but no one is around and everyone is very confused.
Then surprise! Walkers are everywhere! Everyone who was there is a walker now. dun dun dun and they run but they have to sacrifice nick (if he's still alive) to get away (if not they get away anyway) but they can't get out the way they came in because walkers, and they get penned in by the walls. Also Luke magically disappears :D

Then they run into survivors, like Justin (if Vince saved him) Leland (if he didn't die) some new characters and finally Christa (yay) turns out some guy named Nate went crazy and blew a hole in the wall. Now he's holed up with all the supply's some other crazy dudes and almost all of the young women in the centre of town. You go to rescue them because the group insists, and Christa gives a sob story about how Nate almost 'got her' (if you know what I mean)

You get captured by Nate, Kenny gets even more bet up. Luke turns up dressed in drag hiding among the women Nate thinks he's a girl. epic feels occur where you must chose between Kenny and Luke, the other dies.

Then you fight the walkers and clear them out of Wellington, lots of people die, then Kenny/Luke becomes the leader of Wellington

Cut to later and Kenny/Luke dies of illness and there is no leader and a hoard on the horizon. Epic scene occurs where Clem organises everyone and becomes leader

Cut to black just as the hoard hits, with everyone in dramatic "we are going to kick some ass poses"

This will be my reaction after I finish Episode 5

  • They reach Wellington and theres a close up to Clems face and she says "I thought you were dead..." And then the screen turns black and then a couple of month's later telltale will come out with TWD 1200 Days DLC Episode Which will focus on 8 new characters.
  • I think it will end with Kenny, Clem and Lee Jr (rebeccas baby). They get to wellington with a few others but the others dies in ep 5

Kenny, Clem and the baby arrived in Wellington:

Kenny: For Christ's sake, it's terribly cold here !

Clem: Yeaah... but I don't really care I wear a cool gay jacket so...

    Kenny: Shut up !

Suddenly Clem sees Christa coming to them as walker.

Clem: Oh my God ! Christa....

    Kenny: Fuck, Fuck, Fuuuuuck !

Clem: What...What are we gonna to do ?

    Kenny: Heuu....

    Clem: Kenny ?

Kenny: Put the baby on the floor

    Clem: WHAT ?

Kenny: I Said Put it on the floor ok I know it's work I saw it on Game of Thrones...

    Clem: [Sad eye]

Kenny: C'mon darling, we have to go now

    Clem: Where ?

Kenny: Florida ! We are not fuckin' frozen fishs !

    Clem: You're right. Let's go.

Clem put the baby on the floor in front of Chrisa.

Clem is pretty upset, turn over and look Kenny.

Christa starts to eat the baby

Kenny: It's ok honey, it's ok just....don't look behind !

    Clem: Never again.

Then the screen fades to black.

  • Three scenarios I could see.

    ENDING ONE:
Clementine, one other person (Luke or Kenny, probably) and maybe the baby, if it survives (being held by Clem, maybe?) walk up on a snowy hill. In the distance, Wellington is visible. Cut to them all shocked/smiling. Cut to black; end. (So we never know if Wellington is actually all it's cracked up to be or not.)

    ENDING TWO:
Clem and whoever's left have just made it to Wellington and are being introduced to the community. Just then, a silhouette moves into the shot, shown from the back and facing Clementine, and blurred enough that we can't see them. An ambigious-sounding female voice (or maybe no voice at all) says "Clementine?" but the subtitles are white and not color coded like usual. Clem looks shocked and the season ends. Then we argue here on the forums for a million years about whether it's Christa or Lilly.

    ENDING THREE:
Clem sacrifices herself for someone and dies in the process, solidifying her as still the morally good little girl she was in season 1. We would have a choice in the end, but it'd be something like "save Luke or Kenny" (or even maybe Sarah, if she's alive) and not actually anything that prevents what happens. We don't know until after we make the decision that it's a death sentence for Clementine. So she lays bleeding out and dying in the last moments of the game and says goodbye.

These are all pretty stupid ideas, sorry.

Another I could maybe see is Clementine disappearing at the game's end, or being kidnapped or something similar, and whoever's left expressing their desire to try and find her. I think it'd be very neat if Luke was s3's protagonist, in this type of ending - if we can't have Clem, that is.
  • I read that in Pete's voice...

  • I like the second one the most!

Wishful thinking? Clem, Kenny, Luke, Sarah and Rebecca's baby make it and Clem meets up with Christa again somehow. Maybe they make it to Wellington and everything seems fine but something bad is clearly on its way. Because these seasons have to end on a scary cliffhanger.

How I think it'll end: Clem is on her own, with Christa (and maybe Rebecca's baby), or with Kenny and/or Luke. I don't think they'll make you choose between Luke and Kenny because I don't think they'd want to drag determinant characters into a possible new season (and if they did, I'd expect them to pull an Omid in the first episode of season 3). So either both live, one always dies no matter what you do, or neither of them survive. There are too many variables any other way.
  • If season 2 doesn't end with Clem, Chet, Kenny, Wyatt, Eddie, and Scooby sitting around a campfire and eating peaches and beans while Armed With Death plays, I will riot.

Hear me, TT? I WILL FUCKING RIOT.
  • Hahahaha.

  • Kenny being an absoulete beast and killing everything sight and risking his life so Clem just so she can get into the gates of Wellington hopefully Telltale can pull a better ending of than season 1 which was Epic and tearful :'(
  • Kenny and Clem sneak into Wellington in a pantomime horse costume. (Clem finds stilts in Ep4)

  • I've been considering that too about Luke vs Kenny, I'd always thought there'd be a Luke or Kenny decision but thinking more on the possibility of a season 3, it does seem odd that they'd have a determinant character. So my bet is that Kenny is the one who dies no matter what - Luke is the newcomer, and I think it's more likely that they're building to have him in season 3 and not Kenny - but I think there could still be a decision, and it's just more of 'no matter what you choose Kenny dies and Luke lives.' Just, one choice has Kenny dying thinking you didn't want to save him, but the other has Luke maybe distrusting you more in the next season? Who knows.

  • Yeah I could see them pulling a Nick and Pete scenario on that one. I just have serious doubts about making either of them determinant. I always assume determinant characters will either die this season or early in the next if there is one. No way they can go the whole game with so many separate possible characters.

But if I had to predict which of Luke or Kenny make it if only one of them did, I'd pick Luke. I don't think they'll want nor need to do much more exploration of Kenny's character in a new season. If he DID survive, I'd expect him to kick the bucket early in the third season.

  • Kenny Clem and Rebbeca's baby, ride into the sunset and live happily ever after! (On a Boat!)
  • I think it will end with everyone dying besides Clementine and one other character. My best bet is Luke. Specifically, I have no clue what is going to happen. I think it may be intense if Kenny sacrifices himself in some real heroic way.

We reach Wellington with Clem, Luke, Kenny, and whoever else is left by this point, and we are greeted by 438 tough sons of bitches, refugees, pre-apocalyptic locals, former soldiers, and what have you, led by a charismatic, intelligent man (for the purposes of this post, I'll name him James). He is the complete opposite of Carver morally. He is compassionate and forgiving, but he doesn't take any bullshit. The group is put to an interview like Rick in Alexandria. When James interviews Clem, he tells her how his place works (ideal Marxism where each work according to ability and each receive according to need). He also asks for her history, where we have a scene similar to Episode One in the Cabin. After Clem finishes her thing, James sighs and asks whether she would like to be groomed for leadership. Clem can accept or refuse. After this choice, Tavia and the survivors from Howe's attack. After a hard fought battle where most of those you love die, Clem can choose whether to do some sort of suicide attack or run. Either way, Tavia grabs her by the neck and tries to strangle her. Just at the right moment however, Tavia gets her head blown out. We see Clem looking at a figure with a smoking rifle. She looks at it, and gasps. "Holy shit!" She shouts excitedly. "You're here!"

I'm not creative, I decided to just make this up...
    Kenny: "BEHIND YOU, CLEM!"
"Clem gets bitten on the shoulder, but Luke shoots the Walker in the head."

    (If Nick is alive)
    Nick: "No, no fucking way."
Clementine: "Calm down, we'll figure something out..."

    (If Nick is dead)
    "Silence..."
Clementine: "Calm down, guys. We'll figure something out."

Luke: "What are we going to do? "
    Clementine: "WATCH OUT!"
    "Kenny gets shot"
    "Nick gets shot"
(Nick will obviously not be shot if he wasn't alive to this point.)

    Luke: "NO!!!"
    Clementine: "We gotta go!"

"Clementine and Luke runs, the camera focuses on Kenny and Nick's corpse before the scene ends."
    "Clementine trips and falls over."
Luke: "Clementine, let me give you a hand."
"Luke gets shot." "Luke falls over in a slowmotion, falls on the ground along with a huge bloodpool. The song that played when Omid got shot plays here."
"Clementine forces herself to stand up."
Luke: "Get the fuck out of here, run."
    Clementine: "WHAT ABOUT YOU?"
Luke: "I'll be fine.. just go...I'll...
"Luke stops breathing and is soon gone..."
"Clementine runs for 30 seconds straight while the player has to mash the X/Q/A button fast."
"Clementine falls over a second time. This time she can't get up."
"The game switches to a peaceful scene. Clementine being pushed on the swing at the st.johns diary."

Kenny: "Okay, Duck. Let Clementine have a try for a bit."
Clementine: Do you things will ever get back to how they were?
Lee: "Yeah, I'm not sure when. But sooner or later it will!"
Clementine: "Are you going to find the people who hurt Mark?
Lee: "Yeah, we need to make sure they don't hurt anyone again."
Clementine: "Please be careful, I want you to stay lucky too."
Lee: "Every since I met you I've had good luck. So don't worry."

"The scene switches back to Clementine with a gun in her hand."

    Two decisions can be picked.
    "Do nothing."
    "Reunite."

"If the player chose the "Reunite" option."
"Clementine aims the gun at her head. Tears are streaming down her face..."
"A small flashback of Ed giving Clem her hat plays. The screen fades to black and a gunshot is heard."

"If the player chose the "Do nothing" option."
    "Clementine throws the gun away."
    "The screen slowly fades out."
