In TWD Season 2 E3, What happens if they kept silent about the radio?

In TWD Season 2 E3, Shouldn't they have just kept silent and didn't admit to stealing the radios? Carver and company don't have a evidence that Clem stole those walkie-talkies, and i don't think Bonnie told/would tell Carver coz she shifted to Clem's side when she found out about Reggie?

    Everyone would suffer for it, not as much as Kenny, but they would still be punished. And, after the radios were found, whoever held them at that time (which would be Clementine) would get as much beating as Kenny did, but, coupled with the previous punishment, this time it would be lethal, especially for Clementine, who is still a kid.

    Edit: I'd assume that's what would happen, but, for in-game scene, Kenny will step up no matter what.

    Carver would've probably beat the shit out of Luke.

    Carves gives no amount of fucks about evidence, someone would still have gotten hurt, most likely Luke. He would then probably have to take a bullet to the back or side of his head, execution style.

    Clem doesn't make any sound, When Carver is at 'Two', Kenny will show the radio.

    omg, you're right. i totally forgot about that one. they could just do a search on Clem and company right then and there. then Clem's definitely in trouble. So i guess that's why Kenny steps up no matter what.
