Unused sound files say Carver was an engineer

  • Bonnie say's to Clementine that he used to be some kind of engineer before all this started, hence why they have electricity.

  • Carver was an engineer, as evidenced by a cut voice line from Bonnie.

That's why Howe's Hardware still had power and everything, because he did it himself.
  • Carver wouldn't have made it as a military officer.

He is sociopathic control freak who believes in survival of the fittest, and cares nothing for the people he is supposed to be leading. They are nothing more than tools and valuable only so long as they are useful to him.

All of the above are considered extremely poor leadership traits in the military.

Since Carver is very authoritative and concerned about the strong prevailing over the weak, I thought he was one of those crazy basketball/football coaches or an army commander. But I guess Bonnie says that he was some sort of an engineer, judging from the other comments.
