ok I think its time again to mention two issues with the forum that need to be discussed

so that asshole who is putting spoilers in the title of threads is back and once again the mods aren't around to fix it so we need two things here so things like this won't happen again

1.IP ban- now I'm not a expert on networking and stuff and I don't know if telltale are actually able to do this but I'm just putting it out there this is something that will help alot with dealing with trolls

2. Mods from different timezones- So I'm not sure if there are any mods outside the U.S but it needs to happen and there are plenty of examples that support this that way we won't have to keep dealing with trolls while a mod is sleeping or something

I'm not saying the mods are doing a bad job (Still love blind sniper for being our savior against the porn images) and I understand they have lives outside the forum but I think this is something that needs to be considered now

    Yeah, we need to keep the trolls from making new accounts and we need to make sure we are covered 24/7. The trolling and spamming is just getting worse and worse.

    I hate to say it but you just can't get rid of trolls. Its just impossible. You can't find a system that will stop people from spoiling the game

    I'm pretty sure they're working on some new changes (One of them being an IP banning system). I don't know how long it'll take, but I think it'll be implemented as soon as we get pictures back.

    well I don't mean essentially get rid of them but usually they get to hang around here longer than they should

    We have a ton of new mod tools coming down the pipeline *very* shortly.

    I think IP bans should be after the third strike and as for having mod of different timezones i completely agree.

    fair enough I posted it in the walking dead area cause that is where it seems to be the worst I think we have already spoke about this but is there any plans or at least some consideration for mods from different timezones? or is there only the new mods tools?

    We're looking into more volunteer mods. However, we scout them out ourselves based on good moderator potential and/or knowledge of Telltale.

    We don't often accept people who step up on their own.
