Correction: The Dragon Ball Z English dub lied. The original version calls them Artificial Humans, although that's still kind of a weird name. But even besides all that, they were never androids at all anyway. An android is pure machine, like Android 16, but 17 and 18 might more accurately be called Cyborgs, considering they were human once.

Thank you for defending her!! My nephew has Asperger's and seeing how everyone treats Sarah in the game is really hard to watch, because people with a disorder like autism - especially children - are getting bullied on a daily basis. :/

There are many different forms of autism and even if two people are diagnosed with the same doesn't automatically mean that they will show a complete similar behavior.

OHHHHH... is it the series where you have like a two-child limit and tthe government is ruled by a dictator and stuff? I remember reading something like that in elementary school.
It's a novel. I read it a few years ago. It's about a kid who is sheltered because they is a child limit and the family has too many children, so he stays in his house all day. There's an entire series I think.
She didn't seem autistic to me, or particularly annoying either.... just oversheltered and way too soft. She's not a bad person or whatever, but she's going to have to toughen up some if she expects to survive in a world teeming with cannibalistic corpses, bandits, and psychotic guys like Carver. Imo, there's nothing wrong with her that training and experience won't fix.
If ya ask me, its Carlos' fault for sheltering her so much. I can understand though why he did. No parent wants to see their child go throug… moreh such hell, but, its the ZA and Carlos should have taught her more about how to survive, like Lee did with Clem.
I'd far rather have an inexperienced but intelligent teenager that could be trained with useful skills (Sarah) than a chronic fuckup who gets people killed left and right (Ben). Sarah could be made into an asset, while Ben would forever be a liability. :P
Sarah's autism, if she indeed has it, seems pretty mild. I'd venture to say that it's a comparable condition to, say, Rebecca's hormonally-induced aggressiveness. And people still call Rebecca a bitch for that even though her behavior was driven by factors outside of her control, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that people are annoyed at Sarah for something that may be outside of her control.

The training part, I understand completely. After all , Chuck said that it don't matter who or what you are as long as you're alive. And that training will help keep her alive, autistic or not.

I liked Sarah from the beginning as well. She wanted to be Clementine's friend, which I was open to and I could tell she was being sheltered too much and needed Clementine to help her grow up. From episode 1 onwards she's been my favourite cabin survivor.

Anyway I really like Sarah. In Ep1 I was a little weirded out, but after constantly playing it before Ep2 released I started to somewhat like her. Then Ep2 came and I liked her. Now Ep3 I just wanna hug so bad! It's her childish personality that got me attached to her. And when her dad died I felt real horrible. I hope we can hug Sarah. I really want her survive and become a powerful character alongside with Clementine.
