When Clem met Luke in that comic store thing, he said he was really tired. I think i'm not the only one who said this buuut, maybe Luke could be bit?? idk. What do you guys think??

No, he is not bitten. If he was, he would've died already.
The lack of food,water and sleep caused him to look/talk like that.

I was really scared and I thought that when I first saw him, but I know that's impossible now.
From what i understood, Luke is extremely fearful of being bit by a zombie when he is sleeping, seems like he didn't get much sleep. I could be wrong though, not the first time. I don't think he was bit yet.
Think about Lee...he didn't die so quickly.
I thought the same thing when I saw him. ;_; But now that I've talked to some ppl here, they've convinced me that he would've turned by now if he was. If he was but didn't turn yet, he would have a terrible fever and be haluncinating. It would be very obvious that he was sick. Kenny also mentions Luke in the "next time on the walking dead" mini teaser trailer. He says "where the f*ck is Luke?" That time in the episode looks like it would be near the mid-end, so it's proof that he will be in episode 4. :DDDDDDDDDDDD

Actually, he did. The time that passes between the first meeting with Luke back at the comic store and the time when Carver catches him is one day.
Luke would've been already reanimated by then.
Lee died in about 6-10 hours, even though the episode felt like it was over the span of a few days...

I thought the same thing except it didn't add up with the entire time frame of the episode...

Nope, he's not bit. It didn't even cross my mind until I saw it here. He was just exhausted from walking all the way to Carver's camp for over a day without any food or sleep. Anyone in his position would look like shit.
If Danny(400 days) wasn't dead, he'd have a field day.
He says something along the lines of "hard to get any sleep when you think a lurker could get the jump on you any minute." So maybe that's why they thought he was? That line doesn't make me think he's super terrified, but at the very least, somewhat frightened (though who isn't?)

He's not bit. This has even been discussed before. He would have been showing symptoms and blacking out like Lee did, his skin would have changed, and wouldn't of made it through the herd. He's just tired, dehydrated and hungry. Even if he was bit, do you think he'd be the person to hide it from them and risk the groups life if he reanimates? Don't think so.
Not bit, but maybe sick.
Maybe he has cancer.
