Why the heck can't I...(Spoilers)
I have amassed a TON of money across all the episodes. At the very end Toad was harping on about all his financial troubles. Is there any reason I couldn't have handed Toad some money to help out? It really frustrated me because I felt like it fit so perfect. I'm not saying it would solve Toad's problems overnight but given how much money I have, it surely would help.
Did anyone else run into this issue?

Did you went to the lucky pawn first? Also, did you take the money found in Crane's coat?
I went to the Butcher first but I took the money in Crane's coat, I also have money leftover from Georgie's stash.
and the money you can find in Dee & Dum's office? I don't know if this affects it but maybe.
I was able to give Toad money at that point.
I took Crane's coat money, but I also I had "lots of money" at the start of the episode after taking the money Crane embezzled in the previous episode.
God dammit. That really pisses me off. I'm honestly tempted to do the episode over because of that.
I see. You can give Toad money, but you have to go to the lucky pawn first, where you'll find him along with Jack. Offer him some money then, he will deny it at first. Then back at business office you should be able to give him the money found in Crane's coat.
Nope, I went to the Butcher first on my first playthrough and I was able to give Toad the money.
Hm, I didn't know that. Then I assume it has something to do with how much money you have at the beginning of the episode, mainly if you took the money found in Crane's apartment back in episode 3.
I've played through twice now, and i was able to give Toad money when i went changed the subject The Crooked Man on my second game. Went to the Lucky Pawn first on that play through, missed it on my first game when i went to the Butchers. Don't know if that's what it takes but it worked on that game.
I too chose to ask Toad about the Crooked Man. Maybe that's it.
when you try to give him money at the pawn shop he doesnt accept it but when u meet up with him again in Snow's office he accepts it
So wait, even with the money from Crane's apartment, Toad won't accept it in the Lucky Pawn?
It seems like the only times in the entire season where you can actually give money away is by giving money to Faith, Nerissa, and Toad. That's pretty much it, unfortunately.
And Holly, if you didn't give it to Faith.

Sigh. TT should've gave us the freedom to optionally make Bigby wasted at Holly's bar, by giving her the proper funds and such.
I took the money but never gave it to anyone. My Bigby is going on a shopping spree after all the BS he went through!
Bigby shall purchase the finest of liquors, obtain the most dapper hat, and, of course, have 50 cartons of Huff & Puff cigarettes waiting in his fridge back home! It will be luxurious heaven for him.
Or Snow might want the money that was embezzled back. You can keep the 50 you had and whatever you stole out of Georgie's safe.
