As of today (5/28) Telltale has 48 days to release the remaining 2 episodes...

Season 1
Season 2 so far
They don't have to catch up but that will clearly show they're having issues because it's taking them longer to release shorter episodes.

What happens if that "deadline" isn't reached? Is everyone just going to hate telltale? -_-
The universe collapses in on itself.
Hmmm interesting comparison. Honestly, Telltale releasing two episodes in 48 days? I'd say pretty unlikely.
This again shows that they have yet to learn to deal with working on multiple games at once, but there's not much point in making a huge deal about it. As Telltale continues to get more licenses and work on them, they'll grow their company, and become better equip to deal with working on multiple games at the same time.
Well, anyway just hope ep4 coming out soon, im eager to know what happening next >w<
It's not a deadline, just what people expected, and their expectations were a little ridiculous, seeing as Telltale just started with working on multiple games at once. They'll get better in future, but in the meantime, people love using this as an excuse to hate on Telltale.
It's kind of a fair expectation though. If I recall correctly, TellTale flat out said that the release for Season 2 would be more in line with the monthly release schedule, and so if it takes even longer than the first season...
Doing 4 games at once...
Seems legit. It would take longer.
Anyone remember where they said alternating between TWD and TWAU won't affect the games? I remember it was in one of those huge FAQ threads with like 30+ questions. Can't find it.
Honestly, I could care less about season 2 trying to catch up with season 1 in regards to release dates. Telltale is very busy now, and we might get shorter episodes at slower rates, but the quality of each episode hasn't gone down, at least in my own opinion.
