What do you think?

edited May 2014 in The Walking Dead

I've examined certain comments on certain forums, and I will say I found them disturbing.
In the interest of time, I won't mention what they were, or what forums they can be found on.
Nor mention which users posted what, as I do not wish to cause anyone any embarrassment.

Now I realize that sometimes a person gets carried away and posts something without thinking.
But still, I do feel that some go a bit to far.
Sometimes the way they express a thought, or how they feel, can be a bit much.

Have you found anything like what I'm talking about?
Have you had the same experience?

Comments

  • umm yeah I guess?

  • People can say what they want, maybe they just don't care what people think of them or they have no shame in telling some stuff.

  • Well, that's a pretty wide, vague net that can catch a lot of comments, but yes, I feel some have gone too far. But with all the different people posting and counter posting, that's not saying much for a confined space like this forum.

  • Sounds like the internet to me.

It's the internet, people let themselves say a lot of things if they're anonymous. I'm not saying it's good, but there's no limitation when you're online y'know? People let themselves say a lot of things.

  • How does it relate to TWD?

  • my question exactly.

Well my point is, when some people describe certain scenarios, sometimes the scenarios themselves are quite graphic, or they way the way they're described are quite graphic.
And thus they can come off as disturbing.
I'm just saying, either sometimes certain things shouldn't be described, or the presentation leaves something to be desired.

    my question exactly.

  • tis discussion belongs in telltale talk. its a good discussion, just doesn't belong here.
