    When you are at the bridge, she says that because Luke says that the other guy in the bridge probably never would shot a little girl and then you have the option to say that you d'shoot yourself if you were the other guy in the bridge (Matthew).

    Well she's basically just saying that if she were in someone else's shoes, she'd shoot a little girl (like herself).
