What's wrong with Luke?
I like Luke alot he is my 3rd favourite character in this season but I feel that theres something not right. I mean he looks like shit but thats because he has not being getting sleep and he is hungry. We dont see him in the preview for ep 4 so has he got lost or left us again maybe Luke has a bigger problem than lack of sleep and hunger issues?

He probably heard about Cluke. Can't blame him for reacting this way, though.

But in the game it has always been less than 24 hours, and Luke was still alive after 36 and able to walk and reason normally.
Who cares about Luke? He's been useless for two episodes anyway he is never even with the group.
Didn't he get progressively weaker though? Luke has been like this for at least 36 hours and he was still able to walk through the herd and reason normally at the very end
He could've gotten bitten just a while before we saw him we won't have answers until next episode.
If that';s the case then he would have been living for even MORE than 36 hours with the 'bite', and since he could reason and manage the herd walk fine I strongly doubt he was bitten.
He did try to save them all in episode 3, try to find Clem, Pete and Nick in episode 2, confirm clem's fears that nick shot Matthew, save clem from the forest with pete and apologise to clem and invite her to stay with the group in episode 1.

I really like Luke and I hope that he's okay even if he wasn't now with the group. I feel that something is hiding behind this character and I want to know what

No, I have no problem with Kenny fanboys, it's just you're one of the fanboys who dislikes Luke for no reason other than the fact that Kenny doesn't like him.
If you have good reasons to dislike him though, I',m willing to be proved wrong.

I think theres something wrong with him even in episode 2 he acting strange by randomly walking away from kenny and leaving the group when they were in danger maybe he doesn't like pressure would explain why he's never around when there's a confrontation like a group of walkers attacking the group or people..

I haven't. But I have stayed up for 2 days straight working on a term paper. And let me tell you, that portrayal was accurate. Right down to the rapid-fire, incoherent mumbling and dazed, dead-eyed look.
I trust Kenny was more after episode 3, before then I wasn't sure.
But we've been hit over the head so often with how much he changed and there was the whole crowbar incident...

Luke's got stronger since we first saw him. At the end of Episode 3 his skin had actually gained colour and he looked more healthy.
Yeah it might be something of nothing. But not seeing him in the preview trailer for episode 4 makes me slightly worried for his health i mean how longer can he got without passing out I think he will be with Sarah though and Nick (determinant) once they get out the herd and the group will probably reunite at the Museum.
What if Luke has a pre-existing illness from before the apocalypse or something? That would explain the lack of colour in his skin.

Luke's not bitten. He doesn't show the symptoms of a walker bite, such as the skin rotting, the white of his eye turning yellow, bags under the eyes growing darker, etc.
He was tired and exhausted from lack of sleep and food, and I'm surprised that he found the energy to brave through a field of walkers at the end.
I can get people wondering if there's something up with Luke in general, because his character is still somewhat unexplored and we haven't been with him as much as the rest of the group, but I'm not sure why the bitten theory is so popular. He only acted squirrely during the scene where he pulls Clementine aside, where he had clearly been pushing himself for days on little or no food and sleep, busting his ass to catch up to the group and then hiding from the guards and walkers, etc.
After he gets caught though, he seems to be speaking, reasoning, everything pretty much normally and seems to be recovering. If he were bitten, wouldn't it be the opposite, with his condition worsening over the course of the episode?
To be fair being sleep deprived would probably make him the best at mimicking walker movements and whatnot.
