Probably even a darker version of the usual dreaded "talk." Christa knows how shitty the world is out there and she's not one to shy away from telling Clem about people's fucked up intentions. Remember when she and Lee were talking to Clem about the guy on the radio?
Clementine: "He seems really nice. I think he wants to help me find my parents."
Christa: "Clementine. Honey, trust me, that's not what he wants. He--" [Gets cut off by Ben yelling]
I think she probably finished that train of thought over the 16 months.
Maybe. lol that moment probably sucked. xD but whole knows, it might not have happened. But probs did.
I don't think she knows how to deliver a baby. unless she has actually helped Christa in that subject.

Also, remember when Lee first met Christa and Omid in that scene with the train? Christa was protective of Clem, but at first suspicious of Lee's affiliation with Clem... especially after they went into that supply room at the train stop alone.
They probably had the "talk" after Clementine started "bleeding"
