do you prefer s1 or s2?
I love both seasons for completely different reasons... I will admit that the reduced episode time in s2 compared to S1 is really sucky, and I wish that telltale would make the s2 episodes longer. However, I LOVE playing as Clementine, I am more attached to her character now then I ever have been before and for some reasons, the wait and anticipation between episodes this season is affecting me more than the wait for the S1 ones. I've heard quite a few comments saying s2 has gone downhill.. and in some ways it has, but in others I think it's got a lot better too. I am loving season 2 so far and actually, I might be enjoying it more than S1. (except for the fact the episodes are SO short.) I am so hyped for episode 4 it's unreal! That's just my opinion, I was wondering what others were thinking? Do you prefer S1 or s2 and why?

I cant choose. There tied. The ending for season 1 was just so perfect. But the way season 2 is going right now i love it. If season 2 can be more heart breaking then season1, season 2 is better.
Season 1.
Doesn't mean I dislike season 2, though. Season 1 is just hard to beat in my eyes.

There are very few things I like about S2 as it is.
I can't say as Season Two hasn't ended yet, so I'll wait until it's ended and then judge.
is almost impossible to chose right now and unfair. season 2 is still not over. I LOVE both season and I can understand why some people have their complains about this season, but I disagree for the most part when they say this season has sucked or that is not good at all. but I think that season one will always be a better part of my heart cuz I feel more attached for the fact that when you played as lee, this is how I felt, that I was THE ONE in the game so my attachment to clementine is bigger, and that how I made most of my decisions depending of how I THINK I WOULD react if I was in this situation. so in this season, I STILL LOVE playin as clem, I think the emotional carriage is different in season .
Season 2. I like playing as Clementine more.
Season One. I really doubt you'd like to hear all of my reasons.
It isn't fair to choose one when there's two more episodes left of season 2. But it is pretty tough to beat season 1. And this goes for most games out there.
To be more fair, I'd say I prefer the first 3 episodes of Season 1 than of Season 2 right now but that doesn't mean Season 2 is bad in anyway. It's like comparing 10's and 9's to 9's and 8's.
i will make that decision after all episodes of season 2 is released. i don't want to quickly jump into conclusions.
I like Season 2, but I prefer Season 1.
I think of it all as one game.
So far, I think S1 was better, not only because of the short episodes in S2, but mainly because there just does not seem to be much for the player to do in S2. Not as many tricky decisions or puzzles to solve. It's more like watching a movie than playing a game. Well, that's my perception of it to date. Let's hope the writers will become a bit more productive for the episodes remaining.
I feel the same way, i can't get over my love obsession with Lee Everett. His dark Sultry Voice is burned into my brain, and like a addict i yearn for his return.

S1, even though S2 aint over, comparing 101-103 to 201-203, I would say S1 was still better at this point.
what puzzels are people talking about??? the batteries to give carley???? wow that's really hard, what else??? how to turn on the train that was quite easy. all these puzzles people are talking about are quite overblown. this isn't fuckin TWAU. im more interested in the story, and yes they can do better, but still great season
I wish season 1 writers would've written season 2 instead of choosing some pretty bad writers imo... It would've been even better and I doubt there would be alot of story loop holes and idiotic choices. And maybe, season 1's choices actually would've mattered.
But so far, for the gore, excitement and rush : Season 2
For the feels,shocks and time: season 1.
I think if these episodes were longer in season 2, and how we could actually interact with others and the environment, for sure season 2 would win by far.
There is literally no interactivity in-game. It's all (optionally) pick a dialogue option or choose a choice. Season 1 at least had players do shit. Season 2 is a game that is just point A-to-B with no (for lack of a better word) stuffing.
S2 is better
It's a tough decision since season 2 is still going on. But from what we've seen, I'd say I prefer season one more. In season one, I just loved the bond between Lee and Clementine. So far in season 2, I'm not feeling any strong bond between characters. Clem has her small interactions with characters, and that's usually it. There's not much character development going on in season 2 (In my opinion at least), and maybe that's why I don't feel strong connections like I did in season 1. Not to say I don't like season 2. I'm still loving it, regardless. Just from what we've seen, I like season 1 better.
How about we wait 'til season 2's finished? Huh??
Season 1 was a masterpiece, parts of Season 2 feel a bit off (Don't get me wrong though. A House Divided is my favorite episode of the series). Still, I would rather wait until Season 2 is fully completed before saying which I like better.
I definitely preferred the first 3 episodes of season 1 to the 3 episodes available for season 2. The fact that most of us cared more about the characters in a"long road ahead" than we did at the end of "in harm's way" says it all as far as I'm concerned.

I'm not deciding until s2 is finished. Specially because in s1 the 4th and 5th episodes are standouts for me, and s2 haven't even had those episodes released yet.
Season 1 was more entertaining. It offered more puzzles and HUBS to explore through gameplay. You could get to know all the characters. The game offered more hours of outstanding gameplay,
Season 2 is lacking so much that season a had that it is not even in the same class anymore.
There is no possible way that it could beat Season 1. Season 1 was perfect, and this season is rather lacking of the pure quality in Season 1.
Not really, but even some faults or weaker elements of S1 look like virtues now.
Season 1. Just had more hubs, more character development and more interaction with the environment. In saying that, though, season 2 has been great, but so far, it is not GOTY material.

I prefer season one because I still feel nostalgic about it. I really liked the characters from season one. For some reason season one feels stronger than this season. This season feels weaker in a weird way. Not because of Clementine. I could not imagine playing as anyone else. It's more something to do with everyone else but Kenny, I guess? I don't know, It's just a different feel for me. I think I agree with people who say to wait till it over I guess.
Season 2 is great so far but I don't think their is anyway they can match the season 1 ending unless they killed clem and season 3 would suck without clem
Season 1.
I love season 1 and am really enjoying season 2 despite a few minor issues, i can't choose which one i prefer yet as we only have 3 out of 5 season 2 episodes.
The only thing that annoys me is how short the episodes have been, there's also a different feel to the seasons but so far I love both of them quite well
