From marketing point of view it's masterstroke buy a famous franchise with fanbase of millions yo… moreur guaranteed big profit even if the game flops as you use a small budget compared to big gaming company projects. To maximize your market they will make the game capable of fitting on all systems so don't imagine a huge improvement in all areas be a TWD s2 sort of thing. Just wish telltale would go for one game just for PC and Xbox/Ps4 with massive improvements in all areas from game play to decisions while maintaining same graphics we know and love with bigger length. But for profit they will make a game capable of fitting on the lowest system but still be sold to all systems at the same price as the exact same game so there is no reason to upgrade the game for them if not broken don't fix it. Just hope they realized this or else gamers will just watch the game on youtube and save their money

Game of Thrones is a big name in story-telling so it made good business sense for Telltale to go after that license. But making a point-and-click game out of Borderlands? You don't do something that out of left field unless you have an idea that you're passionate about.
Thank you Mister Telltale man, so far everything I have played by TT has been above average...even Jurassic Park..almost. But there are lice… morense games and then there are Telltale license games, there is a vast difference in quality - the major winner being TT. I see that you at least respect the license.
However the drop in time is annoying and it feels like im not getting my moneys worth the way I would have done with monkey Island, and TWD s01 for instance, drop in length =/= drop in quality, however it dos equal higher annoyance and to some extent the feeling that the price of the game is wrong. Now being a European player we also tend to see a lot of delays.

Here is my question for Telltale. Why don't they just CSI the TWD series, and have multiple stories going on at the same time. You already have a fan base, you have developed characters. That is just free money right there.
Back to the Future and Wolf Among Us felt like passion projects, franchises they just wanted to be a part of. Game of thrones and Borderland… mores are bigger names, making it more likely the company is just going where the money goes.

Telltale is a company made up of many unique individuals, and we're people just like any others, each one of us with a wide and diverse set of interests. Many of us loved Borderlands and Game of Thrones LONG before working on those licences was even a glimmer of a possibility.
Being genuinely invested in and caring about our licences is how we make games that stay true to those universes. Basically, I'm yet to see anything that ISN'T a passion project for Telltale... and that's part of what makes it a cool and exciting place to work.

Hub areas and Puzzles: Puzzles with the wind turbine actually made me really depressed do they think we are that stupid seriously?
Story of redemption a killer changed by a little girl to do ultimate sacrifice to save her life so beautiful. S2 Clem in random scenes depressed about the past I think a story of lost hope but not sure have to ask writers.

Plot: I just got lucky, Omid and Sam deaths, New group trys to kill Clem on multiple occasions then meant to connect to them, Clem a child does everything, Characters completely change personalty from each episode so never can truly connect as they will be completely different next episode example Carlos, Rebecca etc.
Majority cutscences with decisons having no effect I feel so powerless while I'm playing in the story

Maybe, Maybe not. It all depends on their artistic ingenuity and how they see fit for the game. If they listen to fan feedback and ditched their ingenuity, It'll end up with something like Mass Effect 3 ending. Trying to please everyone with material that shouldn't have been used in the ending.
PS: That's one of many elements why Mass Effect 3 ending could have been beter.
Verdict: When you push the dev team through a certain type of gameplay and storyline, They won't innovate. They will be more concerned to add what fans think is right and then it slowly paralyzes the story. Fan feedback is good, But it doesn't have to cross the line of artistic ingenuity.
