  • I find it kind of funny that you argue zombies are more realistic than robots, when robots actually exist and are developing all the time.

    Yes, they're.

  • I'm so done with all the hate. Stop hating on Telltale. Just stop.

  • I believe Season Two is better. By a lot, so far, each Episode in Season has been, for more at least, better than their S1 equivalent.

[I have respectfully removed my previous insult], stop being so cynical and pessimistic.

So what you're saying is they should milk and half-ass their big franchise and work harder on the other lesser ones? Looks exactly like what

  • Game of Thrones is a big name in story-telling so it made good business sense for Telltale to go after that license. But making a point-and-click game out of Borderlands? You don't do something that out of left field unless you have an idea that you're passionate about.

  • Even if you believe somebody to be a troll, insulting them is not cool.

As for the prison guard joke, sarcasm does not translate well over the internet for me so that is my bad.

  • I agree some of the cynicism in this thread is grating, but please try to be a bit more respectful.

Whether people approve or disapprove of Telltale, they all deserve the same respect here. Thanks.

Now that you say that about Borderlands, that's actually a pretty good point come to think of it.

    Not at all, don't worry.

Flagging a post just means it is hidden from user view, but mods/staff can still see it. Heck, since you meant no hard feelings by it, I can remove it.

  • Here is my question for Telltale. Why don't they just CSI the TWD series, and have multiple stories going on at the same time. You already have a fan base, you have developed characters. That is just free money right there.

I respect your opinion but personally to me S2 is much worse few points not typing all day lol

    • Hub areas and Puzzles: Puzzles with the wind turbine actually made me really depressed do they think we are that stupid seriously?
    • Story of redemption a killer changed by a little girl to do ultimate sacrifice to save her life so beautiful. S2 Clem in random scenes depressed about the past I think a story of lost hope but not sure have to ask writers.
    • Length shorter
    • Plot: I just got lucky, Omid and Sam deaths, New group trys to kill Clem on multiple occasions then meant to connect to them, Clem a child does everything, Characters completely change personalty from each episode so never can truly connect as they will be completely different next episode example Carlos, Rebecca etc.
    • Majority cutscences with decisons having no effect I feel so powerless while I'm playing in the story

    Do more later

So many but there is a graphics improvement so there maybe better because of that but still I respect you for saying that and being honest

  • It could have. Not to sound petty, but they really didn't try hard enough, it seems to me.

Two if i recall correctly. One in 201 with that bloody-dog! xD And one in 203. There were both short, But the setting couldn't have a strong hub.

Maybe, Maybe not. It all depends on their artistic ingenuity and how they see fit for the game. If they listen to fan feedback and ditched their ingenuity, It'll end up with something like Mass Effect 3 ending. Trying to please everyone with material that shouldn't have been used in the ending.
PS: That's one of many elements why Mass Effect 3 ending could have been beter.

Verdict: When you push the dev team through a certain type of gameplay and storyline, They won't innovate. They will be more concerned to add what fans think is right and then it slowly paralyzes the story. Fan feedback is good, But it doesn't have to cross the line of artistic ingenuity.
