Luke: Good or Bad?
I love Luke as much as the next person does, but it's a little bit weird how he has gone missing twice. He only appeared at the last half of the third one and was gone at the last part of the second one. That's one missing, the second will appear in the fourth episode, how do I know? In the end of the third episode, at the little trailer for the fourth one, it shows Kenny saying something like, "Where the fuck is Luke?" I remember Kenny said something like that. Maybe Luke has another team he's working with. Maybe he has some secrets he's keeping from the group. What do you think?
Now another thing, if Luke turned out to be bad and it gave you the option to kill him or to give him another chance, what would you do? I fucking love Luke so I'd give him another chance.

something is 'off' with him,but i don't think he has another group, but if he suddendly turned really bad it would be a shock.
I trust him.
He has to take a piss at the worst times possible.
I like Luke but something is wrong with him.
Lee: "This man right here is fucking insane!"
Kenny: "Would you trust him with your life?"
Glance back at Luke
"I think so."
That's totally me! I have to piss every time I'm hiding from someone xD
If Luke were to show any 'true colors' that he were possibly hiding, it'd have been at Carver's camp. I mean, small bladder maybe? A need for some alone-time? Who knows. I think he's cool though.
Is their a reason I should not trust him?
Luke followed Carver who captured Kenny and Cabin group back to Carvers camp,
Luke dissapeared in episode 3 as he properly got seperated by the horde from everyone else
Never trusted him from the start.
Always thought he was "too friendly"
And him disappearing all the time proves something is up.
Before that Clementine's eyes O_O
What were her eyes like in that scene? I can't remember.
They were like this O_O
We don't even know the context of that scene or line yet, so it's too early to make assumptions about it, and even then the in-game trailers aren't always the most accurate. But if Luke actually wasn't untrustworthy we would've already seen it by now considering we're halfway through the season, and if he was untrustworthy I highly doubt he would've bothered to track down his group for days.
If Luke turns out to be bad, as in dangerous, I'll deal with it then.
But for right now, I'm waiting to see what happens.
I will admit I do get the feeling that Luke's hiding something about himself.
Now another thing, if Luke turned out to be bad and it gave you the option to kill him or to give him another chance, what would you do? I fucking love Luke so I'd give him another chance.
That's the thing, you don't know where his going so it could be anything. He could be with another group, could have a secret family, could be giving people information about the group. Crazy reasons but still could be considered. Also, why not have a big twist that Luke turns out bad? Majority of people love him and Clem together, why not have him turn on her? It would be a major twist. You've seen how good movies with a twist turn out like Primal Fear, The Sixth Sense, Scream and i don't even need to say how good Se7en's twist was.
Not saying Luke is going to be bad, but it wouldn't shock me and i don't trust the guy.
Depends on what he did. If it was something excusable then i'd give him another chance but if it resulted in the death or deaths of the group or people close to Clem, then i'd kill him. Too be honest, it be pretty fucked up seeing people spare his life if he caused the death of say Kenny or Rebecca and her baby just because his "cute" or him and Clem are good together.
Why would Luke be bad? He helped Clem and company to get out of Carvers camp. It´s weird though that he seems to vanish when danger is in the air.
I think he's trustful. It's just possible they were seperated from the herd. Even Nick being a determined character doesn't show up, so I'm gonna guess Luke is with Nick rather than backstabbing the group. He really wouldn't have any motive to be bad and betray them, and when he's come all that way to try and help them out, and be so against killing that he wouldn't shoot Carver, I doubt Luke's a bad guy.
If anything, it's more than likely Luke's disappearing act will just be something for Kenny to pick at, even if there's valid reasons for why it couldn't be helped.
But the point is we don't know, so why is it we must assume the worst? Especially since there's nothing that's been established to even point towards that at this point. If they were to pull the whole plot twist of Luke actually being a bad guy now, it'd be so unneeded, especially since if you haven't noticed, they haven't developed his character enough to even pull something like that with the time they have left for the rest of the season. You basically prove the point by saying you currently don't trust Luke, so how would that be a good plot twist is there are people that currently don't trust him? That'd be predictable, and Telltale's always said they try not to be predictable. It'd also be a huge waste of his character potential to just have him do a sudden 180 flip for the sake of a shock value "plot twist". From what has been established in episode 3, the most likely scenario is that he got separated from the group in the hoard and they're probably waiting for him at the meeting place.
Good! Honestly, I don't consider him a flake. He went missing once yet he walked for days without food and rest to return to them. We don't know the context of why he might be missing next episode. He could be legit ditching them, injured, or taking a leak. We just don't know.
I can agree with you that he is hiding something about himself, but him turning out to be bad? Idk I can't really imagine it
pretty cool guy eh
Kenny's "Damn it. Where the fuck is Luke?" didn't sound to me like "Luke's been missing for a while now. Where is he?" It sounded more like "Luke needs to hurry the fuck up with his part of the mission."
Well remember how Bonnie initially felt about Carver, and look how he turned out.
Now I'm not saying that's the same deal with Luke.
But on the off chance it is, I'm gonna take care of business.
That's pretty reasonable, wouldn't you say?
I got a bad vibe from the St. Johns almost immediately, but I don't get that same vibe from Luke. His friendliness just seems like part of his personality to me.
Luke = good
Yea I see what your saying
Luke dissapearing for a second time can't be a coincidence. Specially when he knows the place pretty damn well...I hope he's not hiding anything from us...but so far he seems kinda suspicious mmmm?
I like him. He's very genuine and I like how he's become a brother-figure to Clem. I do think however, that there are some dark shades to his character we haven't seen yet.
I like Luke, i trust him, but he's just weird. Something's up with him.
You have to consider all options. Just because he appears to be trustworthy and down to earth, doesn't mean he is. I never said for sure his bad, i said I don't trust him. My opinion. That would be a perfect thing to do. Luke hasn't had enough time to develop so why not turn him bad as a twist? I'm telling you, people wouldn't see it coming because they're so warped up in the fact that his cute and him and Clem have a good relationship.
Because as i said, the MAJORITY of people like Luke. On the top of your head, how much in percentage wise like Luke? I'd say around 80-85%. No, that's just your opinion now. That wouldn't make any sense, because why did he just vanish at the end of Episode 2? No explanation just "im tired and haven't sleep". Also, did you see how quick he wanted to leave and leave Kenny behind? Interesting.
oh right, I thought they were like o_o but I guess O_O is more accurate.
Luke is not the enemy at all. From what I learned from him is he's the scavenger type. He left the Ski lodge so he would be able to come up with a plan to rescue them. His plan in 203 worked. Everyone in 203 got lost in the herd, so it's possible everyone got lost. Luke probably went to look for Sarah. We learned that Luke is good with women and children. So yea Luke's very protective when it comes to children. Luke went to find Sarah and come up with another plan. This time a plan how to get to the Museum safely...
What if in episode 4 he isn't missing? What if he's gone to check out if Parker's run isn't overrun, what if he's going to find Sarah? Then walkers attack, and Kenny is pissed because he wasn't back yet? We're not 100% told that he's missing, only that KENNY doesn't know where he is. I just can't see him go missing again? Like, why would he just disappear? Would there be a purpose for him to? Anyway, I love Luke to bits, but it's not like the thought never crossed my mind. I just don't think he's missing, if he can defend Clementine multiple times, and save her life in the 3 seconds he sees her, then I'm pretty sure he's a good guy.
I briefly read that last bit "Something's up with him" as "Something's up him". okay, mind. okay.
Agreed, like someone previously stated, he seems more of the scavenger type. Sort of like when he had to cross the bridge, he didn't bring everyone at once, he brought one person, and got more info on it in order to bring the group over. So, this is what makes me think that he went to see if Parker's run wasn't overrun (or the museum) before bringing everyone, since Carlos died, he's the only one that knows where it is, so, if you have Nick in your save file, he probably brings him there, and that's maybe how Nick's reign of being determinate ends? I dunno, just a theory, k?
I agree with this
Luke is love Luke is life
Walter i liked instantly, same with Sarita, even Matthew was cool,Pete was a straight shooter,Alvin thought about his gut before anyone else but he was likeable, even Rebecca had her moments,Nick grew on me more and more and i really dig his attitude but Luke......there is just something which i can't place about him, when the group was discussing what to do about leaving it was if a different side nearlly escaped from Lukes mouth,he seemed to be trying to hold something in about his real thoughts AND Kenny took a near death beating for him and what does Luke say'we should think about leaving people behind' this was aimed at Kenny because he thought he was unconcious, time will tell.
