Are the S2 episodes going to be like the even-numbered STAR TREK movies?
In case anyone remembers, there was a popular belief that the STAR TREK movies were "cursed", with the even-numbered films being better than the odd-numbered ones.
ALL THAT REMAINS was met with a mixed response by a lot of critics and players; A HOUSE DIVIDED was largely regarded with more excitement and enthusiasm; while IN HARM'S WAY was generally a disappointment for many fans who were hoping for more.
If this trend continues, at least we can expect AMID THE RUINS to be good. Maybe even great.

Yeah... Pretty much. They ruined Star trek. The last good show involving Star trek imo was Voyager, but even that got boring in most episodes. I hate the last two movies that came out. Ricardo will always be Kahn to me.
i liked IN HARM'S WAY

I like how you try to diss me with that, but maybe you should reread and stop being such a moron. Go back to 7th grade and learn how to read properly.
i liked it the best so far of season 2.
How did what he write not make sense? he compared The walking dead to Star Trek by saying that just as the even numbered star trek episodes were better than the odd ones, the even numbered season 2 episode appears to have been better than the odd ones. Oh, and don't call star trek "irrelevant as hell" again. ever.
Star trek IS irrelevant as hell, and overrated, but that's a different topic I will not get into. That is dumb, this thread is a waste of time and space. I'm done here.
I loved In Hams Way. I Loved all of them so far.
Me to.
Funny you should mention this, since there was a similar thread in TWAU forum, but in that case it's the odd-numbered episodes being better than the even-numbered ones. I personally think all the episodes from both series were good. I had my problems with ep 3 of TWD, but after replaying it I looked at it in a different way.
Well, here's hoping that episodes 4 & 5 will be great.
I don't understand where you are coming from, as I personally enjoyed episode 2 and 3 quite a lot. All That Remains wasn't the best, but I don't see any reason for there to be some kind of "curse" on certain episodes.
It's called English, and I write it quite fluently. I kind of doubt you can say the same.
It's called being relevant and useful, I'm both. Not sure if you could say you're either.
I like all the episodes (Though All That Remains was a little weak). A House Divided is still my favorite episode of both seasons.
But he's just comparing two situations. He's comparing what happened to Star Trek with what's currently happening to TWD.
No need to be rude, man.
Hey, I'm more useful than you.
that's true
Really? I thought All That Remains was quite well received...? It served as a great re-introduction to Clementine and taking over as her in the player character department. It done all it needed to really. Especially with how it was paced.
