Would you kindly agree with me on this one. Why, it's Atlas, of course! He's here because I particularly love the twist in the first Bioshock game.
'I let you survive this long because I was curious about your behavior. Well, you've managed to destroy that part of me.' GLaDOS: lovably witty, alarmingly homicidal.
More Portal! I like Wheatly mainly for the same reasons as GLaDOS, though his accent makes him even more sinister because he's British, and all Brits are villains. Isn't that right, Crooked Man? Also, the above picture is actually that of a model.
Save me Squire, it's CL4P-TP! The Interplanetary Ninja Assassin model.
Mainly, this is because I find Claptrap oddly endearing, so his evil version can be put on my list.
* Does this choice really need explaining?

William Carver from The Walking Dead. I liked him best in "In Harm's Way".
Albert Wesker from Resident Evil. I liked him best in "Resid… moreent Evil 5".
I also heard that the dude from Far Cry 3 is pretty menacing, I've never played a Far Cry game before though.
He even looks badass, I should definitely play this game. I think I might skip the first and second one, just as long as it isn't crucial to the story.
You should, you can pass on Far Cry 2 though.
His name is Vaas by the way, Vaas Montenegro. His short boss fight was pretty interesting to experience firsthand.

I wouldn't really consider Pyramid Head to be a villain. Pyramid Head's role is to help James by constantly punishing him (Killing Maria) until James gets the point. At least, that's my interpretation of this character. I do agree though, Pyramid Head is definitely one of the creepiest characters in video game history, and that rape scene was just a "WTF" moment.
I would have to say
* Alex Mercer( Prototype 2) I liked the first Prototype better but i still liked Alex as the villain.... He's so aw… moreesome!
* Vergil (Devil May Cry 3) Like come on... Its Vergil....
Aaaaand
3. Pyramid Head (Silent hill 2)...... Need i say why?

It wasn't scary, but it was unexpected. Nobody saw it coming, and from what I can gather, that scene in particular is one of many where Pyramid Head represents James' sexual frustration. Mary was James' only love, and he obviously wanted to do thing with her, but the fact that he killed her to put her out of her misery is why Pyramid Head was created.

That reveal at 0:36 still nearly makes me shit myself to this day.

I really liked Handsome Jack. He was just.. funny sometimes and their were so many bad thing that he had done.
Darth Traya
One hell of a teacher.
If it's any consolation, I can see a bit of it in my notification stream. Something to do with six shots being more than enough?
Have you played Bioshock: Infinite Burial at Sea?
I was thinking of going for Jack however I haven't finished Borderlands 2 yet.
Knights of the Old Republic?

You know, I'm still surprised that no one ever mentions S.K.X. from Condemned in these sort of discussions. He was a pretty cool villain.
He even looks badass, I should definitely play this game. I think I might skip the first and second one, just as long as it isn't crucial to the story.
Yeah, all the Far Cry's pretty much have their own separate storyline. You wouldn't be missing much from the first and second, in my opinion.
Alright, thanks.

Yeah, i guess its how you look at him. I showed that rape scene to a friend and i think i might have given him nightmares for the rest of his life XD
Sorry late reaction YES! EP 1 was well oke and EP 2 well I'm not a stealth guy so
So the rape scene was scary? explain me please

The second one, yes.
