Who killed the people at the river. I don't think it was ever explained
I know another unanswered question about season 2. When is episode 4 coming out.
It was obviously Carver's group.

How the hell did Clem navigate around Savannah and how did she pull Lee into the jewelry store
It's not confirmed but it's very heavily implied. For one when Carver sees Clementine he mentions that he's "set up" at the river down there. Not only that but if Clementine tries to tell Carver that the group he's looking for is dead by the river, he'll know she is lying.
Not only that but Pete remarks the people are "shot to pieces" further implying that it had to be people with a fast-firing gun (like an AK-47, a gun Carvers group tends to use a lot).
Why did Luke say Carlos won't do anything "Crazy or Not Nice" In episode 2? It makes it seem like Carlos has a history of anger management issues and maybe that's why he and Sarah left with the rest, but this is never hinted at again.

The surname of Clementine, I'm so used to hearing Clementine now, that I can't imagine what her surname would be.
People like Nate because he had a good story; the thing with the mask. And he has huge potential as an antagonist. It's not necessarily that people like him. I don't like him. I think he's a bad dude, but I still want him to come back for story reasons.
yeah as a crazy fuck just runnin around, but as for the main villians that we've had they all better than him.... IMO
Here's one unanswered question in S1 I addressed a while ago on another thread.
How did the Stranger drive the Station Wagon to Savannah if it was out of gas, and how did he reach Savannah with enough time to find Lee's group, warn them about the horde on the street, and follow them to the mansion to spy on Lee digging the grave?

Just think what the hell happened to Mike's ear? Did Christa shoot him in the ear while trying to escape? All I'm saying is Ralph is probably Mike. They look the same too and wearing hoodies
Hmmm, while there are some similarities (nice picking up on this BTW), there is a very small timeframe between the confrontation in the woods, and Clem meeting Mike. It's possible, but this might just be another Lilly\Shel.

Vernon is DEAD they mention him in the 400 days when that woman said "the last time we did this we lost Brie and then VERNON"
I don't mean to keep beating the same drum, but she could have meant Vernon went all "Smell ya later!" and took off in the boat.
But why did she mention him with Brie I mean we all know that Brie is dead I guess they shared the same fate but who knows

That's a good point, but she says "We lost Brie, and then Vernon with that boat!" It could be interpreted as separate, but yeah who knows.

When you run from the bandits after distracting them, you can hear a shot. It could fit your theory.
But at the Marsh House, it's the same station wagon from the forest. Not just any other car, but the same make and model, paint job and license plate?

WHAT THE HELL WAS IN THE DOOR IN THE STRANGERS ROOM IN THE MARSH HOUSE? Clem obviously knew as she quickly/nervously said 'There's nothing in there'. Maybe it was Elizabeth, the Stranger's zombified daughter.
In the game files you can alter them so Mike has his hood up, and he sort of looks like Ralph. However, I think they used a model with his hood down so people wouldn't think he's Ralph.
How did mike get that scar.
