Whether Sarah is capable or not was a long conversation in other threads that i really don't like to reignite before playing the episode. However, How did you think Sarah will survive while very capable people like Carley died? Many examples can replace Carley's from Season 1 or 2.
I don't think Sarah is as incapable as we think, surely she has enough common sense to be able to help take care of a baby, and she's a sweet person so she must have some instinct upon at least caring about a baby.
She has already proved us wrong alot of times, during the last 3 episodes. If you really believe Sarah is capable of taking care of a baby, then i honestly think this baby ain't gonna survive very long.

I said she is responsible for Saritas " supposed " death. Of course we can't be 100% sure that Sarita will die in the next episode. But it's most likely gonna happen.

Clementine should make the baby her first priority, and then on the side she should do what's possible to help Sarah if she can, she shouldn't just be like, fuck this girl, and get rid of her.
