By "She" i think that Jane is talking about Rebecca as she might be having some minor early labor issues that could be slowing the group down, Jane is probably looking in the woods at Rebecca and other members, it could be possible that she is resting, having early contractions or answering the call of nature. Clem was just looking at the floor while Jane was talking.
