The only reason it's not on PC cus some stupid, small console company payed the GTA creators not to have the game on PC for awhile. The console company's console is less popular than the Wii U.
Got it on the 360. I didn't have a gaming computer when I bought season one, and I sure as heck wasn't going to get rid of my saves from it just to get slightly prettier graphics and a smoother framerate.

While the PC is technically the best, it amazes me how bitchy PC gamers are calling console gamers "Peasants" as well as the fact you always… more see them have to make petitions to get games that weren't coming out on PC released on them. For as "Master race" as they are, I always see them as the more of a Begging race.
Plus, while the PC has some great exclusives themselves... I think they really are rather selfish when the call console gamers peasants, especially when they have quality titles like these:
