Purchase problem

Hi. I tried to buy The Wolf Among Us, but the system gave an error (try again later). But the bank recorded me one purchase and my game doesn't appear in my game library. What now? Thank you for your help.

    We checked your account and did not find any charges. You are most likely seeing a Pending Authorization Hold. With this type of hold the funds are generally put back into your account in the next 3-4 business days. If you're not familiar with Pending Authorization Holds, you can contact your bank and they should be able to provide you with more detailed information.
