Probably kill. Although, I don't really believe in killing characters there's only one exception. When a character becomes an endangerment to themselves and others around them, then I believe killing them is the right thing to do. Ultimately, because it'll save more lives in the long run, and ensure the safety of others. I didn't kill Dum simply because I didn't really find him dangerous. They were irritating, and messed with BigBy's investigation, but that's all I saw them as-an annoyance.On the other hand, the boss obviously has no problem harming others.He's already majorly involved with the death of two characters. Keeping him alive puts the rest of the Fabel town population at risk, when the time comes there's no mercy. At least if BigBy kills him, the threat is eliminated immediately, and there's no chance of him getting away in court.Snow may not agree,but its for the best.

Its kinda funny the fact that we may find out that Bloody Mary was the murderer all along. I wouldnt hesitate a second against her, shes a psychotic murderer. I dont think we`ll have to kill The Crooked Man, he seems harmless, besides, we have enough evidences against him.

Anyway... it will all depend on how emotional I get when playing. At the end of episode 3 I was really, really pissed off and Dum paid the price. If TTG can get me as upset for another "kill/let live"-choice I'll probably choose "kill" again.

I'm not sure there is still a murderer. I mean the whole thing got bigger so i think it could be any of the crooked man's people. All it takes is the ribbon so i think the only person i will have to kill is bloody Mary. can't imagine her in custody of anyone.

I dunno, and I know title screens aren't much to go by but Episode 5's title screen makes it seem like we are going to have the chance to kill the murderer. Brutally.

Killing the bad guy is not a good thing , but some wrong things are justifiable . Thats my excuse anyway if it comes down to killing him or him escaping .

If I can avoid it I will spare his life for trial . But if not , lets say I won't sit around watching him running away . Something like Rick-Negan (from TWD comics)

I think the fight is going to be Bloody Mary regardless of who is the killer. The killer just removed the ribbons from the girls' necks, that doesn't really mean he/she is the fighting type.
