If you guys checked Gunab's art thread ( http://www.telltalegames.com/community/discussion/72994/my-art-made-directly-from-game-files-may-contain-spoilers-for-past-episodes ) You can see that Kenny's and Clementine's hat can come off, right? Who else wears a hat? Nick. Gunab said that Nick's hat doesn't come off. I predict that in episode 4 Eddie is going to make Clem's group do this weird ritual ( As seen in the episode 4 thumbnail ) and Eddie is going to make Clementine and Kenny take off their hat for the ritual. I think Nick is going to early in episode 4

I'm honestly surprised that he didn't die already. (Well...in my playthrough he already did, but you know what i mean)
When a character is determinant = will mostly likely die the next episode, or be completely irrelevant to the storyline in that episode, then killed off in the next.

Look. Why wouldn't TellTale make a hat-less Nick model? They did it for Kenny and Clementine. It might be an event that they have to take off their hats. TellTale doesn't need to make a hat-less Nick model if Nick isn't going to be part of that event.

Yeah, but remember the slides almost never (or just never) depict actual scenes from the games. Many of the shadows are believed to be placeholders and we may never even see hatless Clem and Kenny. Also, there's no reason why TTG can't make a hatless Nick model between episodes 3 and 4. I just think you're getting a potentially meaningless detail and blowing it out of proportion. Maybe you're right, but I don't see it.

No. If there's no hat-less Nick model and there's hat-less models for Kenny and Clementine, it tells us that Nick is not going to be in that specific part of the episode where they take off their hats. It tells us that Nick might die by a zombie, person, or whatever, but he's not going to be in that event.
During the attack (which is probably later than the ritual) mentions, "Damnit, where the fuck is Luke?" If I know Nick right he'll be with Luke, which means that Nick wasn't there for the ritual.
I gotta ask. Then what does it mean, that there is a model of Clem's hat, but none of Kenny's?
I remember someone posted about how Clementine lost her hat in episode 1 of season 2 and later on Sam had it, but that part was cut off.
