I think I've figured out what the 'Sunshine' is.

The the next one we'll be having for Episode 4 is: Sunshine and Rainbows.
I think the rainbows might just be Clementine's coat, because she has the little rainbow thing on there, but I've recently realized what the sunshine is after looking at the preview for Episode 4 again recently...
Sunshine is on the sign.
So what do you think it could mean? I'm starting to worry Sunshine and Rainbows might be something about a clash between people instead of things getting better for the group. T.T

Lol. Maybe it literally just means they'll have actual pizza and ice cream and Clementine will only be allowed to have a slice of pizza or an ice cream cone. Not both. Because of the shortage of pizza and ice cream in the zombie apocalypse.
All jokes aside though, this is a really cool find you have here.
Maybe there will be another location with the name Rainbow in it. I was going to make a stupid joke, but decided against it, since it seemed like you put some effort into this.
Nice find. But like you said, I doubt the meaning of it is only the sign alone. The sign has to mean something, but what? Maybe we have to meet back there at some point? I have no clue.

Maybe there is a real life variant of it that is relatively near where they were in episode 3 that will give us an idea of where they are now.
It's what that has got me thinking now. Like we all thought it was to do with Luke and Kenny, and probably still is, but actual pizzas and ice creams could have something behind it and gets a mention in the final episode.
Maybe they have ice cream and pizza at Wellington :P

RoYGBIV is the spectrum of visible light. You know like sunshine? Sunlight. It is a nerd joke, then i did a little captain planet number, it was a show from the 80s. I got carried away.
You mean the show with the kids with the magic rings and the dude who just randomly shows up like some superman reject concept art? I remember that show! =D
And the things visible in light yeah, I used to stare through the side of my transparent ruler in school because it made the ends of everything like paper look like they had rainbows coloring around them. Although I didn't know that's what it was called XD

Actually he's really hard to spot, but if you really, REALLY pay attention closely in a few of the scenes, you can just notice him here and there amongst the other characters in the episode:
Like here during the scene with Carver, he's really hard to make out but you just see him, right there.

Maybe this could mean the group is going to start splitting up? Kenny and Clementine were both originally on their way to Wellington whereas Luke and the others were just heading north to escape Carver and his people. Clementine could be forced into choosing (kind of like what was happening in episode two) where she wants to go: Wellington or stay behind with Luke.

And world's greatest detective awards goes to... @Lilacsbloom. No joking, nice find. If it is really like @quinnics said where we have to decide between Wellington and staying behind... I would stay behind. I'm actually surprised that no one else in the game has problem going to Wellington. What if it's already destroyed by walkers? What if some sick f**k runs that community? Maybe worse than Carver, who knows? The only thing TWD taught me is that there's no safe place. St. John's Dairy, The Motor Inn, Crawford, Woodbury, Terminus, Carver's Community do I need to say more?
Actually, there are safe places. You probably didn't read the comics so you don't know what is Hilltop or Alexandria. I would go to Wellington. What else can we do - just snoop around and move all the time? Wellington may be a bad place, but if we'll head there, we'll at least have a chance. That worths a try.
I figured it meant ep 4 would be like last season's ep 4, as in more gameplay and less people dying. I would've never guessed the guy was being that specific.
