On the one side you got Troy, who isn't nearly half as bad as Nate, but smacked a little girl (which Nate would do, too, I bet). On the other we got Nate, who is a gorked guy who can't be trusted even if he was your friend. He is the guy who kills people and willingly places people he "likes" into danger just because he feels like it. But he hasn't hit a girl yet. Clearly he must be better than Troy, right? Not.
Technically, every Nate fanboy actually should be more than fine with Troy, or at least shouldn't be able to complain about him hitting Clem, but a closer look on this community clearly shows you otherwise.
Nate gets praised to high heaven for no reason at all, while Troy gets bashed for just hitting a girl for stepping out of line. I seriously can't understand this biased community. Bet if Nate was switched with Troy in this episode, the voices of hate would be far quieter.
Troy is a jerk.... but still to be shot in the dick... that is sick...

Kenny that let a woman be ripped apart by walkers? The excuse that she was bitten is moot because she actually wasn't bitten until Lee and K… moreenny just debated until she was. I like le Kenny lots but he's done brutal things before for his own good. Those characters both do horrible things for their own good
okay no i dont believe troy and kenny are alike i would have to completely dissagree with you i love kenny but im not a hardcore kenny fan kenny had redeemable qualities for my troy didnt have any kenny still never hurt children or women troy clearly did and always will be and as hot headed as kenny ws it was also so he could save sarita and clem not just himself like troy everything else i would agree with you but that one part kinda got me aggravated because a lot of people who hate kenny tell me hes like troy when i always argue hes not like him they both maybe be hot headed but like is tated kenny has more qualities you can like about him that jus tmy opnion again though...Kenny is a very hard character to solve and has may questionable morals but i think thats why i find hom so much more fascinating and cool
You can't really say everyone else in Carver's camp was innocent at this point. After all, what did we see from Tavia in that episode? Next … moreto nothing. Compared with Troy, she hardly ever interacted with the prisoners. She was more with the other guys of Carver's camp. And why the hell should she be violent or rude towards them? Of course we wouldn't see that side of her.
I also agree that Carlos, Pete and pretty much every character of season 2 could have used more character development. As far as it currently goes, the best you can say about them is that they are somewhat likable. But they easily could be so much more if we just would get the chance to get to know them better. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance with Carlos, Pete or Alvin and most likely won't get to see much more from Nick either.
Yes, Kenny was shown to be hot headed and impulsive in this episode, and I think its effect could have been even better if at least th… [view original content]
I can hardly read you comment, but what I can get is that you think Troy and Kenny are fundamentally different, which I can't see at all. Both of them are rather foul mothed, have a temper and think high of themselves. And I will ignore the child beating argument, because I honestly can't stand to see it anymore. People act like it's a hard-bitten argument, when it, in fact, is not. Why you think hitting Clem is such a grave sin is beyond me. Kenny smashed a guy's face in with a salt-lick in front of a kid. That any better? No? I see no one blaming Kenny for that, so why the hell can no one give Troy a rest? There are some weird double standarts going on around here...

Yeah agreed and I always get in trouble with my Luke comments in the his always right because he has pretty hair community debates with the same mentality your talking about. Nate murdered them old folk at the garage his worse in my opinon

Well said! What I don't get is why you have 6 upvotes, no downvotes, for saying the same thing as Dont_Look_Back, who only got downvotes for… more saying it (before my upvote). It's depressing to think that people find guys a better and more trustworthy source on the pain girls feel than girls themselves, and that people less willing to listen to a girl give an argument but willingly agree when a guy gives it.
None of this is your fault lol, I'm just musing. Reminds me of this onion article: http://www.theonion.com/articles/man-finally-put-in-charge-of-struggling-feminist-m,2338/
but the whole salt lick thing i did actually help Kenny kill Larry but not because i hated him so badly it was more because what he said was right if he's dead it doesn't take long for him to turn and he will be a danger to Clem that was how i thought of it. that was the first time i played, later when i re-played it and remembered how kenny was in denial of duck dying wouldn't it be possible that lilly was in denial to? and in my opinion both Lilly and Kenny have more in common rather than kenny and Troy
kenny and lilly both where hot headed leader like people living to protect the one thing they cared about and that's their family and after they were later killed they both went to a depression and made rash choices if you see most of their arguments revolved around kenny trying to protect Katjaa and Duck while lilly was trying to protect her father. Lilly just right the hell outta no where shots and kills doug/carly because she lost it but it was understandable maybe if i learned more about troy I would feel pity for him to but with what they have given me to go off of im happy he got shot in the nutz and i hated him then and i will hate him now....
one word for you, my friend. punctuation.
I can hardly read you comment, but what I can get is that you think Troy and Kenny are fundamen… moretally different, which I can't see at all.
Only difference here being Kenny smashed Larry's head for the sake of everyone. While Troy smacked Clementine around to "discipline" her, which was highly unnecessary. See, context and intent behind actions matter a lot if you want to make comparisons. Troy could've been helpful, good even, like Bonnie, but he wasn't. He was a bad guy from beginning to end and he died like bad guys do.

His initial scream is the worst part...
The only "Small, Very Small, Shred of Compassion" Troy had was his dick, and it's gone now.
wouldn't it be funny if in the next episode there was a way jane could die and it's getting mauled by a mob of zombies led by zombie dickless troy?
Well, that's your opinion.

Did he look upset at walter's death?
Eh, he never had one.
Well it was made of rubber and not attached to his body but it's the thought that counts. XD
yeah he might have a shred of compassion but still. FUCK TROY STREET!
