  • Would you, though? Would you kill your family if it meant you could survive?

Yes, You have a point. Still most of the people around here can't make the hard choices the apocalypse needs them to do in order to survive. Morally weak.

  • If i hate my family, Which is true right now, I would. If they have earned my respect, I wouldn't. Simple as that.

  • I see you've finally used Gravatar. Congratulations. xD

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that people called Carver a "Governor 2.0"

  • Who's Govener?

  • Governor. The guy who ruled Woodbury??

    Who's Govener?

  • I spelt the character's name wrong.

    Who's Govener?

  • Haven't read the comics nor watched the TV series.

Governor. The guy who ruled Woodbury??

  • Considering Comic Governor, Carver and the Governor are both exactly the same but with different names, locations and henchmen.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that people called Carver a "Governor 2.0"

  • Alright then. Could you kill yourself, if you were bitten? Could you kill someone you truly loved, whoever they may be?

  • No they aren't. Other than being tyrants, they are not the same character. At all.

The writers at telltale didn't just copy and paste the governor from the comics and called it Carver.

  • I am kinda sorry to be honest that i came off rude earlier, so to TWDGFTW i do apologize . I just don't want to start another debate on this character. I mean there are countless "Nate."threads that go back a month or two that people trash him and i defend him. I just don't want to argue about it anymore.

I like Nate because he is funny, he likes to drink whisky, and most people think he is a bit off. I find him to be one of the more realistic characters because he isn't all good like Luke. He does bad things but there is also a good side to him. He didn't have to pick up Russel and offer him a ride. But yeah i just don't want to turn this thread into another Nate supporters vs Nate Haters.

OK, so lets just agree to disagree.

Alright, As you wish. Though I'd like to hear why you like him.

  • Myself? Naaaah, Will probably look for cure. If they betrayed me, I'd. If they kept being straight with me, Then why the hell would I?

Alright then. Could you kill yourself, if you were bitten? Could you kill someone you truly loved, whoever they may be?

  • Alright, Much appreciated, George.

  • But it's very hard to earn my respect completely. But If i see potential in a person, I give them a chance.

  • okay well i'm going to have to ask you about your ideas of how you would survive i'm sorry to say and i don't mean to be rude i just wouldn't see your online persona be able to survive the zombie apocalypse you have to many individualist ideas and that wont get you far in a zombie apocalypse and it has been proven before...

If i hate my family, Which is true right now, I would. If they have earned my respect, I wouldn't. Simple as that.

  • It hasn't been proven with Jane though. :P

I'm not one of those guys who think that they'll be badass survivors, I know my limits and what i can do. For survival, I will be fine and i know my potentials. Supplies is a bigger problem for me. That's probably why I'm gonna need a crew. In order to steal from other groups.

Look, I'm not idealistic. Do you have a supplies bank or something that you can come up with supplies from rather than stealing?

  • Do you have alternatives? You have to steal supplies in order to survive. Whether it's taking supplies from an empty place, Or stealing supplies from other groups.

  • how about making nice with the other group? in my opnion if the group are a bunch a jerk bandits i would steal and not feel guilty we need more good people who can build community rather than a bunch of individualist who steal food from children who may need it i will more easily steal from an adandon store than other people i didnt steal from the car in the game and in real life i still wouldnt or at the very least not all of it maye one food can or water that wouldnt be noticeable and i would never go back so i wouldnt be tempted my main priories it to keep good morals and retain my humanity

  • One of my not so favourite episodes is actually most people's favourite... Starved For Help. Meanwhile I think All That Remains is one of the best TWD episodes.

  • I agree with you about Starved for Help. It was interesting, sure, but seriously, talk about a Big-Lipped Alligator Moment.

  • I never understood all of the love for Molly. I mean she is cool b/c of her parkour skills but that's about it. She was just there just like Glenn was in the first episode. Plus she was just Mary Sue. She was so perfect that she was too perfect for the setting and the narrative. That's just my opinion.

  • Both are favorites too. Every Season 2 episode has a special place in my heart.

  • It's again, The same formula 205 is going to present. Survivalists vs Community. I'm a survivalist, I took the food and supplies at the car with no regrets. It's what's needed to survive. It's the ZA, Make nice to people and you'll end up like Walter or in a similar situation to the St. Johns.

  • Actually, the stats that I was shown had a near 50/50 split. I think it was 50.3% in favor of trusting Bonnie, if I recall correctly.

Any character that can look out for themselves earn my attention. That's what had attracted me to Clementine, And still does. Carley, Molly and Jane are my top characters. Aside from Clem of course.

  • there a difference though a survivalist could still be in a community its and individualist who would do things for themselves tell me this how where your thoughts on clementine in season one before she shoot guns and stuff?also where you family oriented with kenny?

  • Clementine was always impressive. Hiding in the treehouse was brilliant. She impressed me, I never misspoke to her and I will never will. I slowly began to hate Kenny in Season 1 for being delusional and in denial and only caring for his family. I admire him in Season 2 though.

    1) clementine was on survival mode but also in indivualist stand point caring for herself and that is human tendancy but once she got with the group you seen she began to care for others around her and looked out for everyone even ben

    2) kenny was very family orianted i dont see that big of a change with ihm from season 1 and 2 other than the fact he got a missing eye...whats the diffrence you see from him in season 1 to 2?

Clementine only cared about the community because she was too young. My Clem will abandon the group to go with Jane at the end of Season 2. If my assumptions are correct about Ep5.

I don't know for sure. Maybe Ii prefer him being a loner. Or maybe because he's defending Clem. He pissed me off when he refused to come with me to save Clem in 105.

  • Guys, I have created 2 threads in the last week. And they both were successful, I have an idea for a new one, Should i do it or not?

    It's about Season 2 DLC.

  • Long road ahead is my least favorite episode so far. Besides Kenny's fight with Lee and Duck and Katjaa's death(which were some of my favorite moments) the rest of the episode seemed long and boring to me. How I rank them is 102>105>202>104>101>203>201>103

  • It's my least favorite as well. But for another bunch of reasons. To me, 201 > 202 > 203 > 102 > 104 > 101 > 103 > 105.
