Lilly, Road to Woodbury, and Canon Discussion
OK, as we all know, Robert Kirkman has said that the Lilly in the comics and game are separate from each other. OK, if that's the case, she's probably coming back to the game, right? Well, I hope so. However, if she doesn't, I will personally assume that Road to Woodbury isn't canon. Now, there's another option. If for some reason they don't want to bring her back to the game, maybe they can make a spinoff game starring Lilly. If not, than I'm just going to assume the novels are not cannon. What about you guys?

I just want her to come back. Not in a spinoff, I mean, as a major character again in the main series.
Hopefully while Kenny is still alive.
If she is alive, she can come back in the game. It's more than likely that Telltale at the time episode 3 was being made they were under the impression that Lily is the same one from the comics. And I'd rather see her appear in the main game, rather than a spinoff.
And if I'm not mistaken, they changed the name of one of the achievements of episode 3 from "Woodbury bound" to something different.

That is correct. Fucking Kirkman! Maybe if they had know that, Car/Doug would still be alive!!!!!
The novels are canon, just about a different woman who happens to also be named Lilly, I believe the novel series takes place in the comic book universe. The video game by Telltale also takes place in the comic book universe.
So, we have to assume that Lilly Caul in the novel/comics is a different woman that just shares the same name as Lilly from the video game. So with Lilly from Woodbury defitnetly being alive, is Lilly from the game alive? I believe so, but there is no way they would have her surviving alone. She knows a group is the only way to survive, so she must be the leader of some group.
An interesting scenario to see is Lilly meeting with Rebecca, Mike, Jane and the others before she sees Clementine and Kenny. We have no idea how she'll react and I really hope Kenny and Lilly manage to forgive each other.
IF she ever appears... I hope so....

In other news, I think our Lilly staying as the comic's Lilly is the best way to go storywise. Although a little (big) part of me would be thrilled if she came back.
